"Do you need anything else?!" Danny stood defeated, hands full of bags. I smiled triumphantly at my haul. "Just one more thing." I promised. "My outfit for tonight... What kind of party is this anyway?" Danny put down the bags, stretching out his hands before picking them up again. "You'll need a dress, shorter the better." He winked at me jokingly and I cringed. "You perv, come on let's see what we can find."
An hour, two shops and 5 dresses later I came out of the changing rooms. "What do you think?" I was dressed in a ruby red skater dress that fell a few inches above my knee, it had a sweetheart neckline and lace inserts for shoulders. Danny's mouth twisted into a smirk. "That one. You're wearing that one." I twisted my hands nervously. "Are you sure? I've never really got to wear a nice dress before, are you sure it isn't too showy." Danny shook his head. "Nah if anything you could go more showy." He stopped me before I could open my mouth. "It's perfect though, really suits you." I smile and blush slightly. It's nice for once to relax, actually feel pretty for once and just forget about all the other crap. "Ok I'll get it!" Danny let out a sigh of relief. "Finally! Right, I gotta get you back or you'll get me into shit."

Heading back into the mansion, it didn't look quite as formidable as the last time I was greeted with this sight. Perhaps because I had a friend by my side. Even with Danny next to me the barbed wire hanging around the perimeter wouldn't let me forget that I was more a prisoner than a guest.
As soon as the car ground to a halt Jason opened my car door. "Jason how did you know we were here!" He tapped his nose wisely. Bemused I continued to stare at him until he started to chuckle. "CCTV dummy come on now, I haven't come here just to open the door. Slade wants to see you." I hoped out wincing slightly. I remembered I should have taken some more painkillers about an hour ago. "Any chance of some food I'm staving. Jason screws up his face. "Do I look like a chief? I'll grab you a packet of crisps on the way in." He pointed at Danny "Do us a favour Dan and put those upstairs for her." Danny nodded before taking the bags indoors.
Jason led me to a bag room in the mansion. He knocked at the door then push d it open and let me in. Behind the door was a light airy office very unlike one I was taken too when I first arrived. At the desk was Slade, his head lifted as I walked into the room. His commanding presence swept me up making me feel like a little girl again. He looked me up and down then smiled. My skin turned to the colour of a tomato and I could feel a giggle rising in my throat. "You look much better in clothes that actually fit. Have you got my change?" My eyes widened. "Change?" He chucked. "Only kidding." I smiled and sat down placing my crisps and water that Jason had got me on the table. "I guess I did go a little overboard. I'm just not used to having nice things and you said..." Slade cut me off, moving closer before perching on the front of his desk. "El shut up, it's just money." More money than I've seen in my life but yeah just money I suppose.
"Did you get something for tonight?" I nodded. "Yea, I hope it's ok. I'm looking forward to getting out, I've been to one or two party's before..."
"But none like this one I can promise you." The muscles in his face tensed. "Just stay by my side yea? This isn't a little kids party, there are some bad people there. Don't do or say anything that could get you into trouble? I'm not kidding El these guys are serious, OK?" I gulped and nodded. It did make me wonder, if Slade was going do a party of bad guys, doesn't that make him one of them?****************************
