My eyes flickered open, feeling like I hadn't opened them in a week.
"Nnngh.." I grunted as I leaned up. I was in the Hospital Wing, in my pajamas, a bandage wrapped around my leg and my head.
Beside me was Malfoy, Nott, and Zabini, as well as Montague and Warrington, they usually practiced with me Malfoy.
"Hey!" Malfoy said, "About time you woke up."
"How long have I been here?" I ask, very much out of it.
"A week," Zabini answered,
I was shocked, a week?! A week completely knocked out. My head still hurt like hell.
"Well, uh, who won?" I asked, "The Quidditch Final since I missed the end, I guess."
Malfoy blushed as Warrington answered, "Gryffindor."
I groan and lay down again, Frigging typical.
"We've also got exams in a week," Zabini told me.
"You know, that's the last thing I want to hear." I snap at him, "Oh yeah, you've been knocked out for an entire frigging week, you've lost the Quidditch final, and you've got exams."
"You've got a bunch of candy, though!" Nott said, handing me a chocolate frog.
"Thanks, Nott, that's the best news I've heard all day," I say, still not happy.
Montague and Warrington got up,
"Well, I'm gonna go tell the others you're up," Montague said, as the two of them left. Malfoy, Nott, and Zabini stayed, though, as we all ate candy very bitterly.
Madam Pomfrey didn't let me go for another two days, allowing me sweet time to not have to go to class. However, when Hermione found out that I was awake, she came almost immediately and helped me study. Thankfully she didn't push me too much, but I am grateful that she helped me study, With Exams coming anytime now, I wanted to be prepared.
"Although, so how do you get rid of a boggart?" Hermione quizzed me,
I grinned, after all, that was one of the most memorable classes I've had all year, "By imaging something hilarious and using Riddikulus." I said,
"Yep!" Hermione turned the page of the book, "Alright, how do you banish a red cap?"
I sigh, trying to remember, and pulling out another Chocolate Frog (they were my favorite). Just then Hermione swatted the chocolate out of my hand.
"What was that for?!" I exclaim, shocked,
"You can munch on Chocolate after I'm done quizzing you," Hermione said, stressing me out.
"Uh... Hermione.... Chocolate is scientifically proven to help study." I say, using one of my useless muggle facts. "Being a mu- muggle-born, I'd have thought you'd known that." I had to catch myself from saying Mudblood. I know Hermione wouldn't like it if I called her that. I've really been hanging out with Malfoy too much. Then again, it seems like every Slytherin curses and swears like that all the time.
Hermione sighed, "Fine, you can eat chocolate."
We continued studying for a while before Madam Pomfrey came around telling me I could finally go.
"Really?" I ask, shocked I can finally leave, "Finally!?"
"Yes," Madam Pomfrey said, handing me back my Quidditch Robes. "Go back to your Common Room. You could study more there."
I was beside myself with glee. I packed up all of my chocolate and books and studying stuff that Hermione had brought. Together, me and Hermione carried my stuff out. I didn't even think that Hermione didn't know I wasn't staying in the Slytherin common rooms.
