Anya, Link, and Volga all simultaneously turned around to see who had spoken to them. Where there wasn't before, a doorway stood open and led outside into a great spring of a sort. The sound of softly running water reached the young teen's ears as she stepped forward and through the doorway to see the spring fully.

The spring seemed to be in a crater of a sort with sloped earthen walls made of stone, vines, moss, and other plant life growing on it, butterflies flitting about. A single waterfall poured from a river above and into the small spring. The sun shone off the crystal clear waters and onto the stone path that gave the three travelers a dry pathway. Small fish swam in the waters, little fairies playing above the water. Though this all was just background noise compared to the graceful water dragon that sat at the end of the stone path, submerged partially in a deeper pool of blue water.

The water dragon herself was as graceful and beautiful, of not more so, than the spring around her. Her entire serpentine body was cerulean blue, her scales on her underside rippling and flowing down to her tail tip with water like patterns. She had a humanlike face, a blue fringe behind her head with a golden yellow rim. She had two long, tendril like whiskers on her head that flowed behind her, as if blown back by some wind that Anya wasn't able to feel. She had on a dark blue robe that covered all but her head, neck, and tail, and had a brown trim with creamy scallop like markings along the edges.

"Woah..." was all Anya was able to say as she looked at the water dragon. The dragon gave a chuckle as she flicked her tail, moving her forward slightly in the water. She leaned forward over the group, looking at them with her pure dark blue eyes.

"It seems you three passed my test. Congrats," she said as she looked at the three of them in turn.

"Thank you. We need your water stone," Volga spoke up, his voice a bit more gruff that it usually was. Anya looked over at him for a brief second, then back at the now laughing water dragon.

"Oh, do slow down Volga dear. I was just getting to that," the water dragon said. Anya turned and looked at Volga and Link, the Bronze Hero snickering. Volga huffed and crossed his arms, looking down and away from them. Anya barely suppressed a laugh as she looked back at the water dragon.

The large blue dragon hummed to herself as she spiraled high into the air, before looping in the air and diving headfirst into the pool of water. Water sprayed up from around her as she vanished, splashing the three of them. Anya then turned and looked at Volga with an arched eyebrow.

"'Volga dear'?" She asked with a humored voice. Volga muttered something under his breath before he responded to the young teen.

"I don't want to talk about it," he mumbled. Anya and Link exchanged glances and were silent for a moment, before they both broke out in hearty, genuine laughter. This only seemed to irritate Volga more. The fire dragon huffed with smoke and flames coming from his jaws.

"It's not that funny!" He growled at the two of them, his wings flared outwards and his sharp teeth bared. This only made Link and Anya laugh more.

"Don't tell me you were sleeping with her," Link said in between his laughs, Anya practically wheezing as she doubled over to try and catch her breath.

"I was not!" He growled, though his response came just a bit too fast.

"You so were! Don't deny it!" Anya added in, laughing.

"You have no proof! Be quiet, both of you!" Volga snapped at them, his gravelly voice carrying a dark undertone to it.

"Volga and Faron, sitting in a tree..." Link sang through his humor, Volga growling lowly at him.
