"You know when you're driving while it's pouring down rain, you drive under a bridge and everything stops. There's only silence and it's peaceful. Then you finally get out from under the bridge and everything hits you at once harder than it did before.

You were my bridge." - This has nothing to do with the story but I like it so here it is.

Pic is of a couple cause why the frick not even if it makes me feel bad about myself.

"Where do you think you are going mate?" Kaden growled as he brought Hazel back to their room.

Hazel cried, the hope that was once alive broken into a million pieces. Kaden sat her on the bed and watched as sobs racked through her petite frame. He didn't know what to do. He had never been in charge of an emotional she-wolf before. But now she was his mate and Hazel was his responsibility.

He still didn't know what to do so he called his beta.

"Donovan?" Kaden said through his phone.

"Yes alpha?" came the reply

"I need at my house and bring Kassandra." he ordered.

"We'll be there in a few."

Kaden hung up and looked at his mate. Hazel had her knees to her chest with her arms around them. Her dark brown hair was tied up in loose bun and her clothes were wrinkled. Hazel's dark green eyes were blotchy and her skin was frightfully pale.

Though with all these imperfections she was still very beautiful to him. She was this gorgeous mess, a blinded beauty with no idea what was going on.

Hazel's sobs quieted down to sniffles and then her sniffles down the heavy breathing. Her head hurt she felt as if she was going to throw up and her ribs constricting her breathing. Hazel's pain in her lower stomach was caused by lack of food.

Her wet eyes slowly met Kaden's and she blinked.

He was very handsome. His obsidian eyes complimented his black hair.
