Today, we'll be learning our first letter.
Like I said in the previous chapter, I'll be going in the order of the English alphabet:)
ㅏ
Can we guess what this letter is?
Yes, you're right!!
A
Lemme do it in a equation since all Asians are good at math🙄
A = ㅏ
So to help you remember, I'm going to come up with little fun saying.
ㅏ looks a little like tree, right?
And kids like to play in trees, right? But instead of the harsh 'ae' sound play makes, its more like 'ah' like a moan after you eat some good food. Or.. something else.
😉
So I'm gonna teach you the grammar that comes with this letter.
ㅏ cannot be alone.
It can never be alone or else you're not writing it correctly.
It always needs a partner and it's partners is... *drum roll pleaseu*
ㅇ!!!
So ㅇ and ㅏ will almost always be paired together.
아 = ah
Aren't they beautiful together?
^\\\\^
Aww they're making me blush...
ㅏ is never going to be their first letter, so I guess it's always going to either be the middle letter or the end letter.
Middle letter - letter that is in the middle of the word/phrase, in other words, will never be starting the letter. In some cases (this one), middle letters can also be end letters.
End letter - an end letter is just a letter than ends the word/phrase/sentence.So you have now taken your first step to learning KOREAN!!! GOOD JOB!!
Korean is an amazing language that only asks for time and memorization. And I will help you in that time and memorization.
If you ever forget, just come back and reread, it's SUPER SIMPLE.
Thanks for reading this chapter and don't forget to comment if you don't understand and vote if you want more.
