Yaoimomma has done it again.
She's skipped a letter.
*all of you are shaking yalls heads*
Okay okay okay, I know I'm skipping a lot but WHO KNOWS HOW TO READ AND WRITE IN KOREAN?! HMM?! HMM?!
Me. *flips hair over shoulder*
But lemme explain why I've skipped this time.
So in Korean, we don't have a harsh "FUH" sound.
INSTEAD, we just use a soft "pu~" or "po~".
For example, it's wouldn't be FUHrostbite, it would be Purosteubiteu.
Really stereotypical, right?
Well that's how it is.
So basically, I'll do F when I do P.
:)
ON WITH DA LESSON!!!
Today we are gonna be learning the letter G!
Or ㄱ
G = ㄱ
This is a really simple letter to remember.
Here's the little saying; so ㄱ looks like a gun, right? Gun. Sounds exactly like how gun does. Harsh "GUH" sound.
Easy, right?
Agreed.
So ㄱ is usually gonna be an ending and/or a beginning letter.
For example, 극.
(Refer back to da dictionary if you don't 'member)
I'm pretty sure that I haven't discussed the placement throughly enough.

This is a rough diagram that I've made on how to read in Korean using the letters we've already learned.
악 - really just a term that you say when you're hurt or you get hit in the face with a football. In english, it would be ouch or oof.
Right now, there are three symbols/letters.
ㅇ - starting letter.
ㅏ - middle letter.
ㄱ - ending letter.
The most amount of letters that can be in a word is four.
For example, 흰.
Huin.
You'll recognize these characters in the near future so do NOT worry.
In that case, the letter order would be:
ㅎ - starting letter.
ㅡ - middle letter.
ㅣ - middle letter.
ㄴ - ending letter.
And like I said in a previous chapter, you read from left to right and top to bottom.
A Z formation.
So when you think of writing or reading in korean, just think sassy.
"DONT MAKE ME SNAP MY FINGAS IN A Z FOMASHUN!"
You've learned a lot in this chapter:)
I'm really proud.
Just 21 more to go! I think.

Random⚠️ Warning ⚠️ I wanted to go ahead and let y'all know that I AM SELF TAUGHT. I just never learned it as a child, and I really regretted that.. So I began to teach myself slowly but surely :) Everything in this book is definitely plausible, not dou...
