👋🏼
How are you today?
Swell?
También.
So today, we're gonna be learning the letter/sound CH!
Or ㅊ.
Ch = ㅊ
In English, we don't have a single letter for the sound that CH makes.
But in Spanish, {maybe French? I have no idea} they kinda do.
It's mentioned in their alphabet, so I assume that CH is a letter in Spanish.
It's legit CH.
(^^^ all that was just to make sure that y'all understand)
So ㅊ makes the same sound that English does.
For example, cherry or chores.
In Korean, ㅊ is one of the few couple of letters that are pronounced very harsh and strong.
Unlike ㅏ or ㅌ.
So that's why it's no different from the English pronunciation, unlike the others.
So this letter, ㅊ, is always gonna be a beginning letter or an ending letter.
Never a middle letter.
For example, 찿.
Easy, amiright?
So the "easy saying" for this letter is gonna be;
ㅊ and ㅈ look a lot alike right?
ㅈ makes a JUH sound and ㅊ makes a CHUH sound.
Very similar sounds and structures.
It's a pretty easy letter to remember to me.
It was one of the first letters that I had memorized by heart.
That's all about this letter.
There's really nothing hard about it, considering that we've had so many chapters.
Wow.
I haven't thought about it much but, I really have written a lot of chapters about letters.
I don't think I can ever truly express how happy I am to be writing this book.
:))
But it's almost over:(((
Don't worry though, after next chapter, I'm gonna go over some grammar rules and stuff.
:))
I hope you all have a good day!
Bye bye!
