"em, from what i see, i think it's best that you follow me to japan. how's that?" daniel offered.

"hmm."

"all you did recently was fighting with that taiwanese boy. so, let's go for a new start, okay?"

emily sighed, "yea, sure."

"great! we'll leave this weekend, so start packing!" daniel said before leaving her room.

"this weekend? what? are you kidding me? that fast? how about my school?" emily shouted in disbelief how unpredictable her brother is.

"dongho hyung and i will take care of it!!" daniel shouted back.

not having anything better to do, emily decided to pack like what her brother told her. while doing so, she unconsciously walked back on her memory lane once she saw a specific picture.

a picture of her and kuanlin two, almost three, years ago. yes, they've known each other for that long. without her knowing, a tear fell, staining the old picture.

"shit, why am i still feeling like this?" emily spoke to herself. "get a grip of yourself, em, he literally thrown you out of his life. geez, why is my heart beating like this again?"

it can't be denied that emily, as cliche as it may sound, has a crush with her dear bestfriend and protector, lai kuanlin but reality sucks, isn't it?

"alright, japan. you're a new start for me, so don't let me down!" emily said to herself as she got up from the floor and continued packing.
