"Indie, I..I am a spy for the FBI and we have a common enemy, Jason, the same guy who attempted to kill you all those times. Basically, I was blessed by Zeus, you know the greek god, so anyways he blessed me for my bravery and helping the FBI catch criminals and track them etc etc. I met your mom and you were born, now since I was a spy my life has always been adventurous and I told your mom that. She got scared and fled away after divorcing me to protect you. I was fine with it as long as you remained safe. Up until a few days ago I didn't know you carried the same abilities I carried and I knew I had to train you because just like how Jason was after my blood I knew he'd be after you once he found out and I was right. Jason wants our blood so that he can inject himself and gain our powers when I've tried telling him a billion times that's not possible."
