Oh jeez I'm such a bad person. KILL ME NOW. Wait. Don't- I'm already dead. Don't worry.
Ehehe... well sorry for all of you who have been waiting (you are still there, right?? *worried*). Finals/end of term exams are not-so-long away and teachers have been taking it as an opening to load on the homework. Not fun. Anyways, I haven't had much time for anything with a piano exam soon, moving schools/house/countries in the close future, plus the shitload of school exams to contend with.
Complaining over. Here's the next chapter!

“She’s making us do WHAT?!? Are you INSANE?!” I screeched, very much, quite, insanely. “LOGAAAAAAAAANNN.”
“Anger…” Damien remarked under his breath.
“No, no, no, no, no, no. No.”
“Denial~~” Rachel intoned back to him quietly.
“Everyone’s going to see. Oh sweet jesus, everyone’s going to see. What am I meant to say?! I’m not interesting!!!” I paused, biting my lip when realization dawned on me, “Oh my god. Do they want me to pose??!?”
“And then there’s the panic…”
Horror-struck at this last thought, I collapsed onto my bed, in muffled sobs, screams and cries of sorrow.
“And lastly come-eth the tears…” Rachel and Damien both sighed simultaneously in a volume that I could hear.
“I’m not crying,” I protested childishly, pulling a pouty face into the sheets.
Logan’s familiar voice gave off one of his beautiful laughs; though this time I just found myself glaring up at him, bottom lip jutted out in defiance.
“Cute,” he remarked snarkily, before smiling warmly, with a sort of honey affection I was beginning to get used to. “It’ll be okay Zeph, do you think I like it when I have some make-up artist flitting around me waving some brush at my face??” He sighed when I didn’t respond, before sitting down on the bed next to me, draping a warm arm around my shoulders. “Let me tell you: it sucks. A lot.”
A sort of small, hiccupy laugh escaped my lips as a tentative smile followed. I twirled the corner of my pillow between my fingers as I replied, “I just don’t like pouting and pulling stupid poses for the camera. It seems… unnatural…How the hell do you deal???”
Logan laughed shortly, “I don’t.”
I smiled genuinely at him, as he leant down and pressed a soft, buttery kiss to my lips. He tasted like the popcorn and Mountain Dew we had just devoured.
Unfortunately, Rachel’s not-so-subtle cough broke us apart. “How about next time you give me and Damien here a heads-up before you guys start PDA-ing??”
I laughed, Logan laughed, Damien laughed.
“Okay well, me and Rach are gonna hit the bar for a while. Coming?”
“Naa,” Logan replied, knowing already I wouldn’t want to.
Damien looked at me firmly for a millisecond before smiling and offering, “Do you want me to be at the photo-shoot tomorrow?”
“I can give you pointers for the interview if you want. Been doing them things since I was a kid.” Rae shrugged, “Toddlers and Tiaras.”
I raised a brow at her. “Really?” I asked incredulously.
