Guys? Guys? Hey, anyone out there? It has been much too long- I have neglected my dear Logan for too long a time. How long has it been? More than a couple months or so, right? I feel sort of odd coming back onto Wattpad after dedicating myself to my Fanfiction for so long.  With the release of DreamDropDistance for Kingdom Hearts I just couldn't stop myself indulging in the dorkier parts of my fangirling.

This chapter is short, and I'm horribly sorry about that. I just need some time. Writer's block sucks balls. It'll take a little while for me to get back into the swing of things. I promise I'll do better from now on.

Send me a little something, just to let me know who's hanging on! Love you guys- crazy Lermaniacs!

Standing just alongside the gravel obscure road-side leading to the warehouse that the photo-shoot had been held in was an all too familiar blond, skinny, shapely girl; Selina, and… and, a woman. Relatively short, Caucasian; normal looking. Nothing extraordinary, nothing special.

Yet horribly recognizable.

I hated that the most.

The way she was the perfect older depiction of me. Everything was too similar, too distinguishable on myself.

The facial shape, the nose, mouth, eyes, ears, stature. It was just too much.

Natural red-head my butt. I couldn’t even bare to even try and glimpse that all too familiar peculiar shade of rusty, brown-red, just a tint of saturation away from russet.

“He should be in the warehouse or out front with the camera crew, Mrs. Rushfort. I sent Milly to go and fetch him.”

“I’m just so surprised that my daughter of all people would be involved with somebody as well-known and recognized as Mr. Lerman. To think Zephilia was pretty enough to date a celebrity!” Her tone was not only all sorts of hurtful amusement; it was cruel, jeering, malicious and spiteful. The underlying hints of pre disbelief were jaded and skewed.

The voice of a mother?

Surely not.

“Although I haven’t seen the girl for a long time.” Mrs.Rushfort cleared her throat, “Circumstances.”

“Of course,” Selina drawled, “Ah! Here he comes!”

“Oh! Uh… Hello Selina, I didn’t know you would be coming. Have you seen Zeph, anywhere?” Logan’s voice sounded.

Obliviously shocked and unable to piece together the scraps of the situation, I rested in the crook just tucked into the corner of the warehouse, awaiting the verdict.

“No time for that Logan, dear. We have somebody very important here to meet you.” Selina paused.

“This is Mrs. Rushfort,” Milly’s conniving voice glazed through, “Do you remember now?”

My eyes widened. Did… Did Logan know that this is my… mother?

Although I wouldn’t exactly call her that, I whispered vehemently in my mind.

I couldn’t see his face, but his voice told it all.

“Oh! Mrs. Rushfort! We talked on the phone a couple days ago!”

Logan sounded genuinely pleased, and he seemed to relay the feeling that he knew exactly what was happening. But why? Just why? How?

“We had to reschedule the arranged meeting,” Selina cut in.
