When we got to Ms.Rose luckily his mama was already here so we wouldn't have to go to her house. "Open it boy and hurry up" his mama said as if he was a kid again. I laughed at the relationship him and his mama had. I had never had a relationship like that with my mama . He carefully opened it and slide the letter out the envelope. "Read it Baby I'm too nervous" he said handing it to me. "You should read it" I said looking at him. Jamie was currently sitting with Ms.Rose she loved him to pieces. "Please" He said giving me that look when he tilts his head to the side . I loved that and he knew he could get what he wanted. I took it out his hand smiling at him cause he knew what he was doing. I unfolded it. "You such a Baby" I said eyeing him then looking at the note. "Mr.King I am pleased to hear about your performance with my old coach Alvin Torez, Because of the news I've heard about you I am requesting your appearance in New York for a sit down meeting on March 8" I paused so he will be going to New York as well. "That's all?" He asked. I continued. "I will be discussing you and your team mate for the NBA if this goes as I hope welcome to the NBA leagues team mate" I read loudly..... "bro what that's next week I can't believe this hair is happening to me and this soon" he said sitting down as if he couldn't bare all the emotions rushing through him. "You might be moving to New York" his mama said as her eyes watered. "Evangeline don't cry baby" his grandma said giving her a hug. Seeing her break down like that made me realize he was all she had, her only child and she loved him dearly. She just wants what's best for him and she doesn't want anyone or anything to ever part them. I walked up to her giving her a hug. "Its okay" Jamie said hugging her waste. She hugged him back. "Ma it's no guarantee and if I do I'm still gone visit on holidays and birthdays and y'all can visit me" he said pulling her in a hug. I knew it tore him up to see his mother cry how she was crying. I wanted to cry myself even though I might be moving with him and so will Jamie. "You okay" He asked me. I nodded trying my hardest not to cry. "Your leaving us grandson but I'm so proud of you" his grandma said kissing his cheek. "Your leaving me" Jamie asked confused. We all looked down at him. "Yea but I'm gone see you any time I can" he comforted him. Jamie began to cry. It broke my heart to see him cry like he was doing. Jamie had grew a one of a kind bond with Lamario and Lamario was Jamie's best friend his brother , his protector, if Lamario ever left him he'd be lost. I am only give him so much as a girl he needs someone who understands him . I picked Jamie up. "It's okay I got him" I said stepping outside . "Baby don't cry just because he's leaving doesn't mean he loves you any less" I said rubbing his back. "He's gonna forget me like mommy and daddy did" he said lying his head on my shoulder. "No they didn't forget you they just left for awhile everyone loves you and I know Lamario would never forget you he loves you too" I said. Lamario came outside and sat next to us on the porch. "Jamie don't cry" he said opening his arms for Jamie to come to him. "I'm gone visit you all the time nothing will change you will visit me and still stay the night we can go to the store down there and play inside of it , we can still have 1 on 1 games out there, we can still play the game, id still call you every night bro" He said reassuring him. "You promise ?" He asked looking at him. "I promise and besides I'm still here now" Lamario said hugging him. I smiled as Jamie whipped his face. We finally went back inside seeing it was getting dark. "Grandma can you watch Jamie tonight we going out to celebrate" Lamario asked. "Of course id watch him he has clothes here already form his last sleep over that i washed" she said . "Thank you so much Ms. Rose" I smiled. "No problem child I told you to call me grandma you make me sound so old" she said making me laugh. "Yea that makes you sound old" Ms.Evangeline said sarcastically making Jamie and I laugh. "We Love y'all and have fun" Lamario said as we said our goodbyes.

I walked out the bathroom fully dressed in my outfit. "Damn ma you looking delicious" he said stepping back and looking me up and down making me blush. He looked sexy too in his dark washed ripped true religious jeans. His white and tan Nike shirt and his tan Yeezys. He wore his gold Rolex and earrings to top it all off and his waves were like water and lying down smoothly. He left a smell in the apartment heavier than mines. His whole demeanor made me fall for him even more he carried himself like a boss . His buff brown arms were exposed you could see part of his tattoo on his left arm. His veins bulged down his arm . "You ready ma" he asked extending his hand out for me to grab. "Yes" I smiled grabbing his big hand. Anytime Lamario and I went out in public whether it was a grocery store, the club, restaurants, or even Jamie's school people said we were a beautiful couple. I think what makes them so sure is the height range because he was tall and I loved it . I was short on the other hand but I was the perfect short to him. He opened the car door for me and I got in. He closed my door and went around to his side...
