Stepping through that door, I didn't feel so alone. Possibilities were open. I still felt I needed to recline my trust. But I needed  a place to stay, to figure my future out. Something I had always thought would end with Jungkook, but I never envisioned this melodrama. I took a deep breath in, and the sudden chime of the bell clasped to the door shook me from my ponder. Warmth of the restaurant flew around and woke my frozen body, the lights that illuminated bathed my drooped eyes.

Jin nudged my side, wiggling his arm around mine. I localised my attention to where he was dragging me to, another smartly dressed man, who was attending to customers to the right of him. He donned a bow tie and his hair was blonde, it was waved. The atmosphere around wavered my attention. It was sensuous, clangs of cutlery and the warm hum of conversation. The boy turned to us and gasped, and his jaw had dropped as if it had became unhinged.

"Jimin. This is Rhee Y/N. Could you give her a tour of upstairs please?" Jin ordered, it was a if he had a spilt personality. He had become autocratic, and his the warmth of his face had faded slightly, but as soon as he witnessed me staring, he flashed a bashful grin. Keeping a smug stance, he released me from his side.

"Uh. Yes! But, why?" Jimin questioned quickly, he crooked his head to the side, similar to a puzzled puppy. He continued to look me up and down with immense concern, I was hugging myself tightly, trembling to the introduction of heat upon my damp clothes that stuck to me like honey.

"Don't worry about why. We'll talk later, she's staying in Mari's room." Jin responded,  folding napkins into triangles ruthlessly by the bar to the left of the room. I hadn't notice the lowing of conversations until someone accidentally dropped a piece of cutlery. It deafened the room - putting me in the spotlight. I awkwardly mumbled, and was suddenly grasped on the arm by Jimin, he fleeted through double doors that brought us to a dimly lit hallway.

"Okay Y/N, quick tour I guess. This is the way to Mari's messy part-time abode. There's an on-suite connected, I'll grab some fresh towels for you to freshen up." Jimin mimicked and babbled. Smirking slightly as we made our way up the stairs to the right and to the third door down another hallway. Jimin left me at the door and flew past me, back down the stairs with such agility.

Standing outside a door, gives you a lot to think about. Pondering to myself on what this 'infamous' Mari was like. Jimin seemed to not enjoy his idea of her cluttering ways. A memory flickered into my conscience, like a film reel...

"Y/N chill! I will clean it up in a second! I just need to put the batter in the tin!" Jungkook bellowed against your obviously annoyed stance. There were bowls and packets spread everywhere, flour spilling out from it's bag to the right of trays stacked upon each other. Within the sink was your mixer bowl and various measuring cups. The anger boiled within you, it wasn't that he decided to bake - but he thought of cleaning up all this debris and keeping the apartment intact and not having him cause a fire.

"But look at all this shit Kook! When I said I fancied desert and told you I couldn't find what I wanted at the corner store, I didn't expect to come back and see you decide to act like Betty Crocker!!" You whined like a child, pointing to the mess around your violently. But it was too late, you had sparked a lightbulb in Kook's equally childish mind. A devilish wide grin plastered the young man's lips and before you knew it, he grabbed the flour bag to his immediate right and pelted a handful towards you. Screeching in surprise, you were blanked in a white powdery flurry. Matting at your hair, clustering into the small crevasses of your coat.

You stood in extreme rage, spluttering and blinking violently. You searched for a weapon, the eggs on the counter looked easy. As you zipped to clutch an egg and got ready to throw, your wrist was harshly grabbed, and Kook's once vivid colour filled eyes turned dark with his serious look. You couldn't keep a straight face. He grunted, and loosened your grip on the egg, tracing his fingers down to your hand, goosebumps fluttered. Still piercing into your eyes, you got lost in his, they told so much - they glittered with your surrender. Your vision sneaked to his lips, he nipped away at his bottom lip. Your spirit fell, it was as if by just a single breath he could have his way.
