A/N: Shifting POV.

Another December morning, sleepless and unmotivated. Who knew a ceiling could tell you so much if you burned your irises into it enough. Rising from my bed and stumbling  to the window by my night stand, I weakly tugged the curtains open - my eyes suddenly widened darting about to my discover that it was a white wonderland outside. It had snowed heavily and I couldn't help the small warm smile encompassing my lips.

I creaked the window open by its hinges and breathed in the cold outdoor air, only to have it roar through my dry throat and make me cough and splutter. How typical. I witnessed two young girls giggling and running around the streets, it looked like nothing could bring them down from natures gift. I was abruptly reminded of a past winter at college with Y/N...

"Yah! Kook I swear please!! I'll do anything!! I will buy you endless caramel lattes!! This is a new sweater!!"Y/N whined at me, defencelessly. The fear so evident, she was frowning and her legs were quaking. I thought wickedly, an wide grin framing my mouth. Although the sound of endless caramel lattes sounded good - She'd become poor for my taste in free coffee.

She shrieked when I mimicked throwing the giant snowball I had constructed.  She was too easy to fool. I ended up deciding to race against her and smash it over her bobble hat, she screamed and violently shook her head. She began to ran but tripped over the edge of the field we were beside, rolling over the side, I was tailing her and grabbed her before she toppled down any further, I pinned her to the floor. It was if time had stopped, she began to blush redder than strawberries and squealed when I began to poke her at her sides. Both of us in a laughing mess, bliss and simplicity. The last winter in college....

Without even realising, a tear had escaped my eye. My heart wrenched. I sighed, and my breath turned to steam flowing out to the city air. I guess it was time to get ready for the day..

While placing my coffee mug and bowl from breakfast onto the mountain of dishes already needing to be done, my eyes fixed on the brightly scribbled calendar Y/N annotated non-stop to jog my memory, today was scribbled with bold letters 'Youra's Birthday!!' Youra...My sister's birthday already?! I chocked, and raced to grab my phone, it had been out of battery for a while. I had been so absent - minded! After being plugged in, it turned itself on to showcase 400 missed calls and 20 violent texts.

'JEON JUNGKOOK WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE A PHONE? I CALLED MUM AND SHE'S WORRIED SICK!'

'I cannot believe you! I am calling Y/N! I will probably get more sense out of her. I get you're busy but it's been days!'

'Y/N isn't answering either, the lines dead! Can you please tell me what's going on?!'

With every text, Youra seemed to get more worried, it made me even more anxious, I felt a cold sweat overcome me..I've ignored her, I hoped that she hadn't said too much to our Mother. I nervously dialled her number, and while it was ringing..my mind went to Y/N. She called her..and her line was dead? I sighed and stared into space as my phone kept ringing.

"YAH! KOOKIE! YOU HAVE ALOT OF FUCKING EXPLAINING TO DO!" Youra screeched through the phone and I retracted the phone from my ear, the sheer sound of her annoyed voice made my ears ring. This was going to be a long morning.

A day off in a winter wonderland felt like a dream come true to Lina. She had gleefully zipped around the streets from a nearby coffee shop to visit Kook. But when knocking on his apartment door, and greeted with violent shouting from within, her mood flipped  like a pancake in a frying pan. She started beating her fist against the door. As the shouting began to die down all that could be heard was Lina whining and scratching at the door, an echo of footsteps racing across towards the said structure was Jungkook, he briskly yanked the door open to see Lina, red in the face and bowing a million times over. Her lips formed an awkward straight line, gifting Jungkook a cup of coffee apologetically.
