Gabriel's POV

~I found out something you need to know...~

Hearing those words from Kate left me dumbfounded. I was worried for what she was about to say.

She stared me dead in the eyes and said
"David and Clementine knew each other...David ordered to ruin a whole town because he knew she was located there..."

Prescott...she's talking about Prescott!

"Kate, that's not it. He ordered somebody to cut off Clem's little brother's finger!"

I only used "little brother" because I knew it would've been hard to explain to Kate so I just said that.

Now it was her turn to be shocked. She stared at me and then stared back at the door.

"Gabriel...we gotta get the fuck out of here"
I nodded my head and started thinking of plans.

"Gabe, you also need to know...I don't know if you saw it...but I did. This place, its under control by The New Frontier...and your father is one of them"

I wasn't surprised. I nearly figured it out when we first saw my dad again.

"I know...I noticed the brand on his neck earlier"

Just then, an idea struck me.

"Let's head to the quarantine, we'll grab the others and get out of here before it's too late"

She looks at me with determination and nods her head, ready to go.

Kate and I leave Davids house and head straight towards the quarantine.
I'm lucky I remember where it is.

We sneak down towards the cells, which there is only one...it's where everyone is located.

We open the door to catch Javi, Tripp, Conrad, Elenor, Carl, and....wait.

Where's Clem?

Kate goes to hug Javi and the rest of the people are smiling. But I cant seem to smile yet.

Kate looks at me and says "Ok...let's go"
She tells them we're heading out but I stop her.

"Kate...Clem's not here"

I look at the rest of the group asking where is she.

"David took her." Elenor says.

What the fuck...

"He what?!"

I then ran out the door and went to go find Dad, where the fuck could he have taken her?!

I then told the others to get ready and pack all their shit together.

I bolted out of the quarantine and rushed around Richmond.

But one thing caught my eye...

I noticed a small house to where I hear yelling from.

"Your not taking me back!!"
"I fucking knew you were still around!!"
"Then why the fuck was I kicked out?!!!"
"Those weren't my orders bitch!!"

I slowly walk up and peaked through the broken window.

It's dad...he's fighting with Clem and it seems Vance and Lonnie are next to him.

"You know what? Fuck you! And fuck The N-"

Oh shit...

Clementine got smacked across the face. BY MY OWN FUCKING DAD. I stay there watching everything happen.

She keeps her balance up, holding her hand against her cheek, looking more pissed off then I've ever seen her.

But she seems shaky though. I hesitate if I should go in or not but you know what?

Fuck it.

I run into the room and step in front of Clem.

"DAD! Are you fucking kidding me?!! What the hell?!!"

"Gabriel! This has nothing to do with you!! Go back to Kate and stay out of this!!"

"NO! Why would you do that?! What the fuck is wrong with you!?!!"

"Oh...I see what's going on here..."
His eyes go straight to Clem then back at me.

"It's a little team here between you two isn't it? Gabe...you have no idea who the fuck she is, and you shouldn't be near her!"

I hesitated before I said this but it had to be said. Our friendship will never be the same after this. But it had to be said.

"The girl you smacked....was the girl I love!"

Aw shit this chapter was short, I apologize for that. Fucking school starts up again for me so I'm going to try my hardest to update. :)
