Chapter 23

Hey~~~ So its been sooooo long, and don't worry I'll be here with you guys from now on. 

Author POV 

Sujeong went back to the hotel to check on Taehyung who was left behind because he need to manage the ceremony. She got down from the taxi which she was taking and rushed as fast as lightning to Taehyung, as she arrived at the main hall, she saw Taehyung who is doing just fine explaining and calming the guests.

"Taehyung, are you okay?" Sujeong said as she elbowed her boyfriend softly. Taehyung redirected his position and faced Sujeong. Suddenly he grabbed Sujeong's arm and pulled her somewhere, he pulled her to the garden they where it was quite and peaceful and stopped, his hands held Sujeong's shoulder while looking down on the ground.

"Is something wrong?" Sujeong asked while lifting Taehyung's face slowly and gently. His macho face didn't appear as it used too, his facial expressions soften and his eyes are becoming wilt. That moment Sujeong knew that something was playing in Taehyung's mind all along. Sujeong didn't bother saying a thing and pulled Taehyung to a hug, she patted his wide back softly.

"Were you scared? It's okay, everything is okay now." Sujeong whispered and Taehyung hugs her as tight as he can. That incident that happened just now probably reminded him about his stepmother who passed away in a murder case several month ago.

"Thank you for coming to the ceremony, Sujeong and also Mingyu,I hope to see you again in Korea." Mr.Kim said while bowing at Sujeong and Mingyu, Taehyung who was standing next to him also bowed. Its the day that they need to go back, the hospital must be loaded with patients already.

"You're welcome, see you later." Sujeong said as she pulled away her luggage with Mingyu. They departed the plane and arrived Korea safely, Taehyung and his father stayed at Japan for a few more days as there are more unfinished work to do.

5 days later >

"Hello?" Sujeong said after answering the call.

"Sorry?.sure." Sujeong said and puts down her handphone. " Who is it?" Her curious friend, Wendy asked.

"It's Mr.Kim, the father of the special patient." Sujeong explained and continued eating the lunch which they are having at the cafeteria.

"What is it about?" Wendy kept on throwing questions at her.

"Aish, unnie can you stop asking too many question?" Sujeong burst out as she can't take it and she didn't wanna share about the conversation she had.

"Fine fine." Wendy stopped and went on murmuring to herself.

They finished lunch and went straight back to work in a flash.

Sujeong went to the ER counter to check some of the patients report, Mingyu is also there working hard treating the patients, he finishes his work with the patient and sends the report at the counter where Sujeong is at.

"Yah, do you have a minute?" Sujeong said and pulled Mingyu to her office. She pulled Mingyu in a rushed and Mingyu didn't seem to like it of course.

"Yah! Can't you see, I'm busy." Mingyu exploded after Sujeong closed the door.

"Just for a minute, can you do me a favor?" Sujeong said while rubbing two of her hands. Mingyu rolled his eyes and cross his hands, he puts on his arrogant face. " What is it?" Mingyu said in an annoyed tone.

"How do I say this?...umm..." Sujeong stuttered and looked down on the floor while playing with her feet. "Just say it already." Mingyu said.

"Well, Mr Kim wants to visit later to see my father, and...." she stopped, "...aaaand?" Mingyu pleaded for a continue.
