Author POV

Seconds, minutes and hours passed by and Sujeong is still unconscious, Sujeong's chest keeps moving but not any sign yet that she will wake up sooner. Mingyu who is finished with his other work sits beside Sujeong to check her blood pressure.

"...its so low..." Mingyu muttered slowly while examining. He let out a big sigh and gaze at Sujeong's unconscious face.

Mingyu POV

Her blood pressure is really low, its been hours shouldn't she be awake by now?

While I was waiting I didn't realised I had brought myself to gaze at her face, I keep staring but couldn't bring myself to look away even for a second. In my heart I'm stunned by the beauty of the person in front of me.

What am I saying? She is my rival why should I care about her that much.

Ryu Sujeong, the daughter of Ryu Jaeseong which is the owner and a doctor of Seoul hospital. She is gifted with  intelligence along with her father. Her family is a doctor's family.

While me, Kim Mingyu, the son of Kim Seongsoo which is a doctor from a university hospital. I also come from a doctor family.

It's because my father sees Ryu's family as rivals. My father told me to note Sujeong as my rival so that I would race to the top. Sujeong who is the same age as me get to become a doctor earlier that me because of her intelligence.

Sujeong was like a goal I need to reach but right now, I want to reach further than Sujeong.

"...argh...where am I?" Sujeong's eyes opened slowly and beamed by the bright light above her. She moved her head looking right and left. When our eyes met she shift away and let out a big sigh.

"Did I faint again?" She said just in a normal tone like she is used to it.

"Again?" I asked her back without answering her question.

"Yeah...What time is it?" Sujeong ask me. I lift my left hand to look at the hand watch I'm wearing where it shows the long needle pointing at 5 and the short pointing at 10.

"Its 5.10 in the morning." I answered.

"I need to get going." Sujeong said as she sit up and pulls the blanket and getting ready to stand up.

"No you need to eat something first." I said and gesture her to stop but wait, why do I care?

"Eat? Ah, right.....yah, are you the one who treat me?" She asked and her pupils pulled wide open in disbelief.

"What? No...." I lied I don't want her to know I treat her because I was being rude to her.

"Oh...that's more logic, why would you care." She said in a flat tone but really shot a lightning inside my heart.

"They told you to eat that before you go." I said disguising as someone who is been told to tell her to eat while I'm the one who gave that instruction.

"Okay okay I'll eat it." Sujeong said as she adjust her posture. She start shoving the food in front of her which is a red bean bun bread and slowly chewing it. I had to wait and watch until she finish eating.

A few minutes later she finished eating and drinks the milk with it.

"Okay I'm done, I'll get going." Sujeong said and stand up walking away exiting the curtains. After a few steps she stopped and turns around.
