throughout the whole of practice, oikawa noticed that iwaizumi seemed a little off. sure, he might have been playing as well as he does on the other days, but his mind seemed to be somewhere else.
plus, he was occasionally shooting oikawa this look. even the brunette doesn't know what was going on behind those dark eyes of his.
presently, the coach was giving them a short break to drink and rest a little. oikawa was casually drinking from his bottle when matsukawa and hanamaki were both walking up to him.
"did something happen between you two?" hanamaki asked, hand subtly pointing to iwaizumi, who was wiping off some sweat a few good metres behind him.
"no," the brunette answered, "he seems to be off today."
"well spotted," matsukawa remarked, wiping the sweat along his neck.
oikawa glances back at iwaizumi. he seemed more quiet. was something bothering him?
or was there something he knew that oikawa didn't?
