A Stranger In The Night

Turtles' Point of View

"BOOYAKASHA!!!" Mikey, with a orange mask, yelled as the terrapin turtles of New York City just took out another Kraang droid army trying to ship more of their (somewhat) deadly mutagen via their white TCRI vans throughout the rest of the fairly huge city. Eventually, the Kraang were all destroyed and the pink aliens were now fleeing for their despicable lives from the ninja turtles, looking down on them victoriously, yet menacingly.

"High three bros! Don't leave me hanging!" Mikey then sighed with relief, holding up his hand for his three older brothers to hi-five generously.

"No time for celebrating just yet Mikey." The clad turtle known as Leo told his youngest brother with a serious tone of voice, "There's still work to be done. What have we got, Don?"

The fearless leader of the ninja turtles in a blue mask turned towards his younger genius brother in the purple mask.

"Well, so far we've got a few Foot soldiers just a few blocks away. Like, right there!" Donnie then replied, pointing towards the empty streets below where the Foot soldier activity was currently taking place.

"Then, let's go!!" Raph, the hot-headed ninja turtle in the red mask groaned, gripping onto his sai firmly and dashing off across the rooftops to their destination.

Trying to call out to their temperamental turtle brother, the others went after him as they also made their towards the Foot soldiers just down below.

~Timeskip~

Just as Donnie had said before, there was a ruckus caused by a bunch of Foot soldiers trying to assassinate a mysterious ninja.

This mysterious ninja wasn't struggling or anything, but they were clearly in a tight position. The turtles watched carefully from a nearby rooftop at all of this, wondering what to do.

Then eventually, the mysterious ninja broke free of the Foot soldier's grip and began to fight them all off, single-handily in a sense.

The turtles looked at each other, wondering the exact same thing, 'Should we help him?'

Then deciding what would be best for them and this mysterious ninja, they leaped from the rooftops and began fighting off the Foot alongside this mysterious,yet impressively skilled, ninja.

After a long while of fighting, all of the Foot were defeated as the turtles gave that expected high-three from before. But then, they looked towards where the ninja was, and suddenly noticed that he hurt his leg pretty badly in the midst of the entire fight previously fought.

The turtles watched nervously as the mysterious ninja tried to limp towards a nearby New York building and reach for a grappling hook on his belt to escape into the night. Or, at least try to.

Then the turtles hurriedly dashed after the mysterious ninja, with Leo grabbing his free hand just before he were able to grapple onto the rooftops and into the night. The mysterious ninja looked back to see him with a glare in their eyes.

"Please, we're not going to hurt you. Let us help." Leo told the mysterious ninja, hoping that he wouldn't try to scare him away with the sight of them all just right in front of them. But the ninja only just kicked Leo's firm grip on them harshly with his injured leg and grappled off, just like that. Leaving Leo with a throbbing hand, and him and his brothers going after the mysterious ninja into the dark night.

~Timeskip~

By the time the turtles have finally caught up with the mysterious ninja, he were trying to limp away from them as fast as they could towards the next building, only resulting in him almost falling down the edge via the fire escape. But luckily, Leo caught him and settled him down hoping that the ninja wouldn't just try to flee from them again.

The mysterious ninja surprisingly stayed where he was as Leo turned to Donnie, telling him to approach him and take a closer look at his leg. He nodded and walked over and knelt down to the ninja's eye level so that he wouldn't have to be anymore intimidated then from earlier.

"You okay?" Donnie asked them calmly, slowly engaging his 'doctor mode'.

The ninja only nodded slowly towards Donnie.

"Can you tell me where it hurts?" Donnie asked the ninja. The ninja then gestured from his mid-thigh to the end of his ankle. Donnie then nodded and got to work on a cast right away, his brothers eyeing the ninja cautiously.

The ninja turned towards the other turtles, wondering of why they had to stare at him like they were adding to the already tense, silent atmosphere.

"You doing okay there?" Leo then asked the ninja, hoping for him to speak up and then to know the identity, or at least the gender. But the ninja only nodded towards him slowly and only winced at bit as Donnie continued to bandage him up.

"Sorry!" Donnie quickly replied as they winced, "I'm almost done, just let me know if it hurts again, okay?" the ninja just nodded gratefully once again. Then eventually, Donnie had finished with patching up the ninja and helped him onto their feet.

"There you go, good as new." Donnie then told the mysterious ninja, who nodded toward him gratefully again as he made his way back toward his other brothers.

"So, what did the Foot want from you?" Raph then asked the ninja, hoping to find out who he was as well as the others.

But this only resulted in the ninja glaring at him angrily, and getting a running start towards the next building rooftop and continued to grapple-hook throughout the rest of the moonlit night.

The terrapin turtle brothers looked at each other, debating if they should go after him. But then they couldn't due to the beautiful golden sun slowly starting to rise beyond the horizon. This meant that the turtles had to hurry back to their home, in the sewers, before the rest of New York saw them.

They were then safely home, with their father/sensei, who was a mutant rat. He was then wondering what came about on their patrol on the previous night, so they told him of the mysterious ninja they encountered, tried to help him and never said a single word to them the whole time.

The mutant rat, Master Splinter, and the turtles then did their own separate things. Just as the events of last night, mostly of the mysterious ninja, stayed on all of their minds and wondering of what the Foot had to do with them.
