Turtles' Point of View
Donnie kept thinking of what you told him earlier of not wanting help to fix your 'precious little black box'. This clearly caught the attention of his other brothers as well.
"Everything okay Donnie?" Leo asked him as they kept rooftop-leaping for any signs of danger or disturbance in the middle of the otherwise calm New York night.
"Not really. It's just about (Y/N)." he then reminisced about what happened earlier tonight.
"Woah, that's a rough one on you D. OW!" Mikey replied to his older brother, before Raph slapped in the head to shut him up as he saw how downtrodden his younger brother really was over you. Which made him, as well as the others downtrodden as well (and maybe a little jealous too!)
The terrapin turtle brothers continued on with their patrol and it wasn't long before they came upon a bunch a Kraang droids and the Foot Clan. They also had Tigerclaw, Fishface, and Rahzar in tow with them.
Without any hesitation, the turtles got out their weapons and made their ways, full ninja mode, to find out what they were all up to this time. Their eyes were then whitened in the moonlight as they slowly approached their enemies, enough for them all to hear what they had to say among themselves.
"The ones known as the turtles should be what is known is here to do what is known as fi-" a fellow Kraang droid then said to no one particular before Tigerclaw shut it up by slicing it up with his sword.
"Would you all just be QUIET!" he growled at his fellow 'co-workers', "They'll be here, I can smell them." he then began to sniff their scent within the alleyway that they were all currently in. His eyes then narrowed, "They're here." he and the others then got out their assorted weapons out and ready to fight, as well as the turtles. Then the real fight began.

After a while of fighting, it was no mystery of how the turtles were able to beat their enemies. Even though they were outnumbered. But somehow, within the midst of the fight, Donnie was able to get his hands on a small flash drive that the Foot had for some strange reason.
So hurriedly, the terrapin turtle brothers made haste back towards the lair so that Donnie could able to further investigate of what the flash drive was to behold. Then, by the time that they arrived, they all once again smiled softly to see you asleep on their couch again.
Master Splinter had wanted to see how well your kunoichi skills were since he's heard quite a lot about them from his sons. It was worth it, but you were then so tired afterwards that you couldn't help by catch up on your sleep for school the next day. Then that was when the turtles came by before making their ways towards Donnie's lab.
While Donnie inserted the mystery flash drive into his computer, his brothers tried to crowd behind him to see of what the Foot and Kraang were trying to 'hide' from them. Once the process of uploading the drive's files to the computer was finished, it then took Donnie a while to get past its corrupted firewalls.
But once he did, he along with his brothers made a shocking discovery about what was on the drive itself. "By Darwin's bread, this can't be possible." he gasped from under his breath which his other brothers were able to pick up quickly.
Pictures of you in your kunoichi outfit flooded Donnie's computer for all of the times the turtle seemed to have seen the 'mysterious ninja' that you were. The first time with the Foot holding you captive, the time when Donnie patched up your leg, the time you beat them up in the warehouse, and finally, the time that you were almost killed by the Purple Dragons.
The purple clad turtle looked back at his brothers just behind him. They shared the same wide-eyed/confused expressions as their genius brother. So now, in a way, the turtles have discovered that you did know something about the Foot being after you. But why?
They looked back towards your sleeping figure, then back towards the computer screen plagued with photos of you, as well as the turtles. Wondering of how to make sense of all of this. They then came to the conclusion of trying to ask you the next day after you come back from school. Maybe you could explain to them more clearly if somehow the Foot were trulyhaving you to be hunted down. Probably even killed.
Later into the night, the terrapin turtle brothers couldn't be able to sleep with the terrifying thought of somehow the Foot knowing about you crossing their minds to no end. Then, when they did get some decent sleep, they were all only infested with the terrifying nightmares of the worst-case scenarios of how the Foot would have you killed right in front of them. As in these dreams, they couldn't be able to do anything to save you, especiallyones involving the Shredder.
By the next morning, after you were long gone for school, Master Splinter took great notice of his son's sluggish movements towards the kitchen table for their breakfasts. He greatly wondered of what was going through his son's minds, but he didn't want to worsen it by asking. Lest he thought best for them to catch up on more sleep.
He'll just have to find out sooner or later, as well his sons in due time.

So, the Foot seem to be after (Y/N), eh?
Well, we'll see what (Y/N) knows about them and hopefully we can let our favourite terrapin turtles to get some decent sleep (I honestly myself don't know if they ever do in the show, do you?)
