Chapter 15

4 days later....

Evie was sitting on her bed when her phone rang. 

"Hello?" Evie answered and Mal came out of the bathroom. 

'Who is it?' she mouthed and Evie shook her head. 

Bold ~ Doctor's office

Italics ~ Evie

"Is this Evie Queen?" 

"Yes ma'am, this is she."

"I'm Tara, and I'm with the Auradon Women's Care Clinic."

"Okay..."

"I am calling to inform you that your tests came back negative, you are not pregnant."

"Okay, thank you."

"You're welcome. If you anything else, please don't be afraid to call us."

"I will."

"Have a nice day."

"You too."

"Goodbye."

"Bye."

Evie hung up the phone and looked at Mal. "Well?" Mal asked walking over to her friend. "I'm guessing my the look on your face it was the doctor's office. What did they say?"

"They said I wasn't pregnant," Evie said numbly.

"That's great!" Mal said and then looked at her friend. "Isn't it?"

Evie nodded. "I mean, I guess I just got used to the idea of having a little person run around the halls of Auradon."

"Well, you might still get that," Mal smiled nervously.

"What do you mean? Are you pregnant?"

"No, but I have a weird feeling that someone's pregnant."

"And you're sure it's not you?"

"Positive," Mal nodded.

"Well, I know for a fact it's not Jane. And I'm pretty sure it's not Lonnie," Evie said.

"Who knows," Mal shrugged.

"I guess I should tell Doug I'm not pregnant huh?" 

"That would be good."

"See you later?" Evie asked.

"Of course," Mal nodded and hugged her friend. Evie smiled and walked out of the room. Mal then pulled out the pregnancy test from on of her draws. "Evie, I swear the doctor's have it wrong," she said to herself looking at the plus sign.

Short chapter I know, but I had to have the whole doctor's office/Evie's results thing. Next chapter will be Devie centered, so get ready!
