The next morning, I woke up tangled up in Uriah arms. Our legs were intertwined, and I was literally sweating from the combined body heat. I tried to pry my way out of his arms, but he started whining and refused to let me go.

"Don't leave me baby," he mumbled, kissing my forehead.

"But I gotta pee," I replied.

"It can wait babe," he said wrapping his arms around me even tighter.

I rolled my eyes but knew if I got out of bed now I'd be up forever.

"My mom wants us to come over for dinner tonight," Uriah mumbled with his lips pressed to my forehead.

"Joy," I replied.

"We don't have to," he said.

"I'm not really in the mood to listen to you and David fight," I said.

"We won't babe," Uriah said.

"I hope not, Uriah," I said.

The morning was fairly quiet and peaceful. We mostly just laid in bed talking about anything and everything.

"What time are we supposed to be at your mom's?" I asked quietly as I realized it was almost noon.

"Anytime after like 2:00. Why?" He asked.

"I'm gonna go shower," I said.

"Will you do your hair like Christina did it for graduation?" He asked.

"I can call her and see if she will come teach me, but then you'll have to get up and get dressed," I said. I got out of bed and grabbed some faded jeans and a t-shirt before heading to the bathroom to shower.

When I returned to the bedroom, Christina was waiting there talking to Uriah, who had finally found his way out of bed.

"Come on," Christina squealed grabbing my hand and pulling me into the bathroom.

"Why are you so happy?" I asked.

"Will asked me to move in with him," she said. She started going through how to gel my hair and spike it in just the right way.

"Thanks, Chris," I said as she finished.

"Anytime," she said. "You know I'm always willing to help."

"Yeah," I said as she left my apartment.

"Babe, you look hot," Uriah said, walking over and kissing my lips quickly.

"Thanks, but we have to go to your mom's," I said, kissing him again.

"Fine, let's go," here said, leading the way to the apartment his mom and stepdad currently live in.
