Adilyn's P.O.V

"Come on we need to get to my house!" Alissa shouted,"We need all the time we can get to get you looking the hottest there!"

"Gee thanks for calling me ugly Alissa," I said walking to her car slowly,"Anyways why do we even need to go? It's not like it's gonna be the only party this year."

"Well it might not be, but it's Cameron's party! He always throws the best ones!" Alissa explained to me as I got into her white car.

"Have fun, Alissa. I'll be at home sleeping and watching Vampire Diaries while you can get wasted in a room filled with strangers," I said smiling, dreaming of sleeping after a long school day.

"Loosen up Adilyn!" Alissa said starting to drive to her house,"Think about how much fun it would be! No more thinking or caring for one whole night! Also the free alcohol!"

It felt good, good to let loose for one night, not caring who was looking or what others thought. But you had to be there, looking out for me from the corners of your eyes, I could see you glancing my way as I danced with random strangers. But I was drunk, so the rest was a blur. Until Alissa finally decided it was time for us to get home, so she dragged me and her newly found boyfriend named Noah out of the party. Noah and I were the definition of drunk while alissa decided not to drink tonight because she was the designated driver. Weird, she was the one who wanted to drink yet I came out wasted.

"Get out Adilyn," Alissa said as she pulled up in front of my house, but I was too drunk to even process what was happening. So I being my dumb self, I decided to just jump out of the car, thinking that I could just fly or something. But instead of landing face first into the cement footpath, someone caught me.

"Adilyn!" I heard alissa shout from inside of the car, rushing to my side.

"Uh shut up, my head hurts," I said massaging my temples before looking up to the one and only Neels. He had saved me, oh how would've you guessed.

"I got her."
