wow so i hate this book now, i don't really recommend you read it, it only gets kinda good at the end.

A few minutes have passed and Y/n and I are still sitting there, staring into each others eyes. We are then rudely interrupted by Noah and Millie running into the room, with Millie yelling "Aww, I ship it!" on her way in. Y/n and I turn away from each other and I look down knowing that my face is as red as a tomato. We sit there in silence for a while until Gaten comes up with the smart idea of going swimming. "Hey guys, wanna go for a swim in the pool?" He asks. Everyone immediately agrees and runs upstairs to their room to get changed.
Y/n's Pov
Millie and I run upstairs and grab our bathers. I tell her that I'll get changed in our bathroom and quickly make my way over to the door, then entering the room before shutting then locking the door behind me. I excitedly get my bathers on which are these adorable black halter neck bikinis with a scalloped trim.

After I have fully changed I walk out of the bathroom holding my towel by my side. I look to see that Millie is changed and ready and is wearing a blue and white striped bikini which I absolutely love!

"Millie, I love you bathers! You look absolutely gorgeous!" I tell her. She looks up at my compliment and smiles. "You look amazing too Y/n! If Finn didn't like you before, he definitely will now." She says winking. I blush slightly and say, "I don't think so but let's head down there, I'm dying to get into the water!" She grabs her towel and we both grab our phones and run down stairs.
We run out the back door and the first thing I see is an enormous rectangular swimming pool with blue/teal tiles. It has one smallish water slide on one of the sides and a unicorn and pizza pool floats sitting on the edge of the pool. I am just stuck by the back door looking at this pool in amazement until Millie pulls my arm and says, "Come on!" I snap out of my daze and run with her over to the pool. By the time we get there everyone else is either sitting on the edge of the pool on a chair or dipping their feet in, chatting with whoever is closest to them.
"Hey guys!" Millie says, putting her towel down and walking towards the speaker. Everyone looks at us when Millie speaks and waves, then goes back to their conversation. Everyone does this except Finn who stands up and walks over to me, looking slightly flustered. "You look really nice, Y/n." Finn says. I blush, suddenly feeling really self conscious and I cover my stomach with my towel. "Th-thanks." I say. "You're cute when you're excited." "Th-thanks." I say again. He chuckles and I look up at him and smile slightly. He looks into my eyes and grins. Once again we are stuck staring at each other.
Finn's Pov
"Hey guys!" Millie says, putting her towel down and walking towards the speaker. I look up and see Y/n smiling at everyone looking excited as ever. I smile at her cuteness and get up to go talk to her. After all, I am trying to become friends with her aren't I? She is wearing a black bikini that looks really hot on her. Now that I'm approaching her I have no idea what to say, she looks too pretty to concentrate on anything right now. "You look really nice, Y/n." I somehow manage to spit out when I reach her, not knowing what to say. "Th-thanks." She says nervously. "You're cute when you're excited." I tell her. "Th-thanks." She says again. I chuckle at how ridiculously cute she's being. How many times have I called her cute in the last 30 seconds? Too many, for her to hear at least. She looks up at me and smiles and I grin right back at her. Once again we are stuck staring at each other.
All of a sudden loud music starts to play and it snaps Y/n and I out of our staring. I look over and see Millie dancing by the speaker. I then realize that Millie plugged her phone into the speaker and is now playing music. After I know that Y/n has realized this too I grab her hand and start pulling her over to the pool. "Come on Y/n, let's jump in together!" She starts running towards the pool with me but just as we are a few meters away from the pool she says, "Wait, wait, wait." She drags me over to one of the pool loungers as I am still holding her hand and she puts her towel and phone down on the chair. "There." she says, satisfied and we start running towards the pool again. We both jump in at the same time, getting anyone who was near us soaked. We only let go of each others hands when we resurface. As her head pops up from under the water she has a huge smile on her face, identical to the one on mine. "That was awesome!" She says. I laugh at her and she laughs too. "Race you to the top of the slide!" She says, swimming to the edge of the pool. I laugh again, shaking my head. I quickly swim after her and hop out of the pool, trying my best to catch up with her and smiling the whole time.
The rest of the time we were in the pool we spent with the rest of the cast. It was filled with sliding down the slide, splashing each other, challenges and attempting to get onto the pool floats. At one point Caleb suggests we play chicken fight. I immediately turn around and start looking for Y/n but to my surprise, this time Y/n came to me. "Wanna be a team?" she asks. "Of course, who else would I want to be with?" I reply happily and she smiles at me. She gets onto my shoulders and we defeat team after team until we get to the final fight. It's against Millie and Sadie. Y/n hops up onto my shoulders for the last time and Millie hops up onto Sadie's. Millie and Y/n are attempting to make intimidating faces at each other but are failing and are causing us all to laugh. The fight starts and while it's a close one, Millie eventually falls off, causing Sadie to fall down with her.
Y/n slides off my shoulders and gives me a huge hug, squealing with excitement. I laugh and hug her back then letting go so we can do our victory dance. Once we finish out dance she turns to me and gives me one last hug before hopping out of the pool with me following her closely behind.
