Chapter 3

Y/n's Pov

I am woken up to a flight attendant shaking me gently. "We will be landing soon." She says. I nod and mumble "ok thanks." She then moves off to wake up someone a few rows down. I sit up, yawn and rub my eyes. After stretching and letting my vision become clearer I decide to pack up my things. I first grab my laptop and jumper and then my phone and earphones. I pick up my backpack that I brought on the plane with me and put everything in there before looking around the plane. It's full of people of all ages who now all seem to be awake and getting ready to leave. After looking around for a little more I settle back down and wait to land.

As I step off the plane and into the gate I look around and see a few people holding signs with names on them. I look through them until I see mine. There is a woman standing there who looks to be in her mid 20s. She smiles and waves at me as I walk over to her. "Hi!" She says in a happy tone, "my name's Grace and I'm the one that is making sure you get to the right places at the right times over the next few months. Why don't we go get your suitcase and then head to the car?" "Yeah that sounds great, thanks for helping me. Knowing me I would be lost by now without you here!" Grace laughs and says "Don't worry about it, it's my job to keep you safe." We then start to make our way to the baggage claim and quickly grab my suitcase and make our way to the car.

We finally arrive at the black SUV that I am assuming is the car that Grace has been talking about. She takes my bags and puts them in the back and I slide into the passenger seat. As Grace gets into the car she hands me the AUX cord and says "Play whatever you want as long as it's good." I laugh and plug in my phone. I scroll through my music until I find the perfect song. I put it on and Grace cheers as she pulls out of the carpark. We start singing and dancing as song after song is being played and we do this until we stop outside a house which I'm guessing is the one I will be staying in for the next few months.

The house wasn't as extravagant as you might expect. It looked like your average house for a family of five. Grace must have saw me looking at the house because she said "I know it may not be what you expected but we are trying not to attract attention." "I understand, I honestly don't know what I was expecting." "Ok then. Let's go inside and introduce you to your cast mates!" And with that we step out of the car and start walking towards the house. Just before I walk down the front garden path I turn around and see Grace dragging my suitcase across the road. I go to help her but she says she's ok and we walk towards the front door.

Grace knocks on the door three times and after what sounds like an argument of who is getting the door from inside someone finally makes their way to the door. The door is opened and we are greeted by the one and only Gaten Matarazzo. Oh my fucking god. This day just keeps getting better and better. "Hey there! You must be Y/n?" I nod, still shocked. "It's great to finally meet you! Why don't you two come inside, it's dark and freezing!" I start to walk inside but I stop when Grace starts to talk. "Oh no, I won't come inside but thank you Gaten, I trust that you'll look after Y/n and introduce her to everyone." "Of course Grace, come on Y/n let's go!" Grace hands me my suitcase and gives me her number "Just call me if you need anything but I think you're in safe hands. Good luck Y/n!" I thank her and she walks back to the car. I turn around and walk inside with Gaten.

I follow Gaten through the house and then down a set of stairs to the basement. It's one of the coolest rooms I've ever seen. It is completely furnished with couches, beanbags, a foosball table and a massive TV. It's been decorated with lights, posters of movies and bands as well as photos of the cast. Did I forget to mention the bookshelves filled with video games and movies? "Wow." I say under my breath. "I know, it's pretty cool right?" "Are you kidding me? It's amazing!" He chuckles and walks towards one of the bean bags and sits down and waves me over to him. As I walk towards him he says "Guys, this is Y/n. She's playing that new character Megan. Y/n, meet Millie, Sadie, Caleb, Noah and Finn." I suddenly notice the five people sitting lazily on the couches. Someone suddenly squeals and runs towards me and gives me a huge hug which is soon followed by another. "Hi! I'm Millie and this is Sadie. Sorry if we're acting a little crazy we are just excited to have another girl around the house!" I stand there completely shocked over what is happening right now. Gaten speaks up and says "Y/n? Are you ok?" I suddenly snap back into reality and say "Yeah, yeah I'm fine I just can't believe this is happening right now, I can't believe I'm meeting my idols! It's really nice to meet you all." I look down in embarrassment. "I'm guessing we don't have to introduce ourselves then." I freeze. I would know that voice anywhere. I look up to see two beautiful brown eyes staring at me with dark curls surrounding a freckly face. I look up to see Finn Wolfhard.
