Jalin's POV

My mouth dropped when Jazmine told me the police were outside . Why would they show up a month later after I killed that nigga ? They closed his case they said that he committed suicide , so why the fuck were they here ? I can't go to jail I ain't even through with high school , hell me and Jazmine haven't even started on our family . Ion know what imma do if they lock a nigga up . That jail shit ain't for me .

Jazmine's POV

I quickly threw my robe on and headed toward the door, I could barely feel my legs. I made sure to leave a little bit of my chest showing . I'm not sure what they wanted but I was about to get out of it . "Good afternoon officers." I said smiling opening the door . I saw one of the officers eyes leave my face and dropped down to my chest . He explored my body with his eyes , I had him right where I wanted him , now I just had to get his partner in the same place .

"Evening ma'am." One of the officers said taking off his hat. "Is Jalin Johnson here ?"

I started tingling on the inside . They knew , they had to know something . Lord please help me get out of this . "Yes he's here." I replied .

"Do you mind if we have a word with him ?" The officer asked me .

"He's sleeping right now , he just got off of work but I'm his fiancé. Can I help you ?" I said opening the door fully so he could see the silt I had in my robe that showed my gorgeous brown skin legs.

The officer that asked for Jalin eyes dropped down to my thighs. The other officer was still looking at my breast that sat up perfectly in the purple bra I had just bought from Victoria Secret yesterday .

"How much do you know about his relationship with Carl ? Carl Vinson ? Ohh I'm officer Brant by the way ." He said extending his hand. I made sure to shake his hand with my left hand so he could see the promise ring that Jalin had given me a while back. I kept it on my ring finger, if people didn't know any better they would think it was an engagement ring. It's just that beautiful.

"Jazmine." I said shaking his hand. "I know a lot about his relationship with Carl. They we're so close , it's just so tragic that he killed himself." I explained as fake Tears began to fill my eyes .

"So they did have a relationship ?" The officer in the back asked me .

"Yes of course . I just don't understand why he would take his own life . Jalin is so broken , he barely says two words to me . If I could bring his father back I would." I said sobbing wiping my tears . "I'm sorry it's just so hard to talk about , I can't believe he's gone ."

Both of the cops were looking at each other in complete shock . "Ma'am we are very sorry to disturb your home at such a late hour." The cop said chuckling . "Here give me a call if you need anything , good day ma'am." He said handing me his card . I gently closed the door and made my way back to my room.

"Well done Bonnie." Jalin said picking me up . I wrapped my legs around his waist and kissed him . "Have I ever told you how much I love you?" He asked chuckling as he bit my bottom lip.

"Yes but how bout you show me , now let's go back to bed."

Kadience's POV

"Have you and Jay fucked yet ?"

"Have y'all ?"

"Shit I wanna know too ."

We had all went out to dinner at 5 star . This was my favorite restaurant and they had the best food in Cali . Jay bought me here on our first date , and boy was it fun . The food was so good and the restaurant was so pretty . I really did enjoy myself , this is my fifth time coming here with the girls but tonight we decided to bring our men along with us . We were just coming from Kaden's Preschool graduation. It was just suppose to be me and Jay but Jazmine , Emoni , Karma , Jason , Malik and Jalin showed up . I was so happy that they were there to support him saying as though kaden's mom didn't show up to her own sons graduation . After his graduation I dropped him off at his mothers house and treated everyone out to dinner at 5 Star . I had more than enough money saved up so why not ?
