Finding out the sex

Alex's pov

I was sitting in my basement lighting a joint up. I haven't seen Nevaeh since the other night when we met up again. She's getting more pregnant now and I feel like an asshole wanting to sleep with her. But her and Austin aren't even together and he stole her from me. I'm in love with her but it's never gonna happen.

"So how's you and Nevaeh ?" Rob asked

"We fucked last night and I think it might be the last time" I said

"Why?"

"Cuz she's getting more pregnant and it's not my baby it's our best friends baby and their not together but I can't be with her anymore I'm trying to get over her"

"Your still in love?" Zach asked

"Yes and it's never gonna happen because she's having his baby and because it's wrong"

"AC you could have had her a while ago"

"Not before Kamryn he knocked her up first"

"Your not saying you wanted that to be your baby?"

"I don't know what I'm saying but I know I love her and I waited to long" I sighed

Nevaeh's pov

I had my 7 month check up today. I am going to find out the sex of the baby and I still don't know what it is. Im hoping for a girl because I already have a son but I know Austin is gonna want his own son. But buying cute little baby girl clothes is adorable like Lexie does for Emily.

"Momma" Kj said

He waddled around the living room picking things up and throwing them around. He was such a bad boy but it was cute.

"Kj what are you doing now?" I asked  "Get your shoes baby"

He brought me his little Jordan's and I laced them on his feet. He looked so cute he had on an all white outfit. A white long sleeve polo shirt, white jeans and white Jordan 4s. He looked like a mini Kamryn and I will never not see him inside him.

"Let's go baby" I said grabbing his hand and taking his diaper bag

We drove to the appointment. The doctor wasn't that far from my house so I was gonna be on time for my appointment. I let Kj walk with me but he was walking to slow so I had to carry him.

I seen someone familiar sitting on the sidewalk near the entrance. He was smoking a cig and I didn't know it was actually who I thought it was.

"Wassup" Kamryn smiled

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I said laughing but shocked

"I'm here to support you, you told me your appointment was today" He said

He flicked his cig to the ground and picked Kj up. He gave him a kiss and then he looked at me like are we gonna go. I followed him inside and we checked in.

"So you just showed up to support me when it's not even your baby? It's your ex best friends baby" I said confused

"I'm here for you because it's your baby too not just Austins, your making the baby all his part was a couple minutes"

I smiled at his kindness and actually appreciated how he's not being an asshole right now.

The bell on the door rang again and I looked over the door and I couldn't believe he was here too. What did everyone know about this appointment?

"AC, Jonah? What are you two doing here" I asked

"Why is he here" Alex snickered

"I don't know why anyone but Kj and I are here" I said slapping my knees

Jonah was standing their next to Alex with Emily in his arms. She was wide awake and she was eating a bottle. I'm glad to see Jonah starting to do his part of parenting. I really hoped I was having a girl but I don't think I am cuz this pregnancy feels the same as when I was pregnant with Kj.

"Well the whole family's here" I mumbled

They called my name back and we ALL went back their. I could have been by myself with Kj but Kj could have stayed with Kamryn now that he's here but I guess it's a family trip.

"Good afternoon Nevaeh how's the baby?"

She squirted some blue gel on my belly and looked at us all. She was confused as to why the whole family was here.

"This is Kamryn, my son, my brother and my niece and my uh best friend" I explained

"So we got baby daddy's here" She smiled

"Uh neither of them are the baby daddy of this one but Kamryn is the daddy of my son Kj" I explained

She nodded clearly confused and not wanting to talk about it and just rubbed the Doppler around my belly. The baby popped up on the monitor and you could see the little face. God it looked like Austin.

"So you wanna know the sex?" She asked

"Yes please tell me it's a girl"

"Bad news it's a boy" She half smiled

"It's alright now I have two little boys" I smiled

We all left the doctors and I was kinda bummed I was having another boy but I know Austin is gonna be happy when I tell him. He should be coming out of jail soon and I can't wait because I'm so tired of being pregnant.

"So are you upset your not having a girl like your niece?" Jonah teased

"I'm bummed but it's not a bad thing I have a niece"

"Now you don't have to worry about boys dating her and getting her pregnant when she's older"

"Yeah I guess so" I laughed

"But you gotta worry about them getting someone pregnant"

He was right I didn't have to worry about her being pregnant but I did have to worry my boys were gonna get someone's daughter pregnant. I don't know which is worse I've been on both sides.
