Ladybug jumps up, knocking White Fox and Chat Noir over, her yo-yo out and spinning as she looks around at everything. I wave meekly at her. She catches her yo-yo and puts it back on her hip. I feel like I'm in for a lecture as she walks over to me.

"You must be so worried," she says as she gives me a hug. I'm surprised. That's not what I was expecting. "I can only imagine how it would feel to know my kwami was in enough pain to be akumatized and I couldn't do anything to help. Thank you for being here with us," she says, pulling back and keeping her hands on my shoulders.

I stare at her, my eyes wide in shock, but also so I won't start crying. She smiles kindly at me and pats my head. Like I would always do to Raya when she was upset. I cough and wipe my eyes, nodding my thanks because I don't trust my voice.

"Chat Noir!" Ladybug calls.

"It was to save you I swear!" he replies quickly, holding his hands up innocently.

"What?" Ladybug asks, looking at him in confusion.

"Uh, never mind," he says with a smile, rubbing the back of his head.

"So what's the plan?" Ladybug asks, turning, her hands on hips as she takes in the pile of people, their bracelets pulled off and stacked up on top each other.

"You can de-evilize the akuma's in the bracelets, but they aren't the original," Chat Noir says, gesturing to the pile of bracelets.

"We don't know where the original is, or what it would be," White Fox adds.

"Are you okay to stay with us for now?" Chat Noir asks White Fox.

"Yeah, I've got fifteen minutes before I'm out of time," White Fox answers, checking the charm on his necklace.

"So we need to find the object that was akumatized," Ladybug says. I clear my throat, calmed down enough to jump in.

"It was my miraculous bracelet, but Raya broke it. Could it be the akumatized item again?" I ask.

"That's probably our best bet," Ladybug agrees. "But how are we going to find it? Would Raya have transformed with someone again like she did with you?"

"I don't know," I admit with a shrug. "She'd be able to possess anyone with an akumatized bracelet, right?"

"So it would be impossible to tell," Ladybug says, tapping her chin in thought.

"But if they don't say to transform them, would she be able to?" Chat Noir asks. We all look at him in surprise. "What? I can come up with good ideas," he says defensively.

I walk over and pick up an akumatized bracelet and take a deep breath. "Only one way to find out," I say.

"Wait, we're not even sure it'll bring Raya here," White Fox says. "And what if you transform before you can say it?"

I shrug, "then take the bracelet off me again." I slide the bangle over my wrist and say "Stripe up!" while holding my arm up.

Nothing happens.

I lower my arm and look at the other three, none of us quite sure what to do. Then a faint, high pitched squealing approaches and a red and black blur shoots past Ladybug and into my bracelet, making me stumble backward as a coldness washes over me. Everything is dark and I can't see. I can't think. I can't feel anything except cold. I'm not in control anymore.

"Look who it is! The two people I've been looking for this whole time! I'm so glad you called," Raya, Mistake, speaks through me. "If you would be so kind as to give me your miraculous, we can get this wrapped up quickly."

"Ha! That's not going to happen, Raya," Ladybug says, her yo-yo out again.

"I have a friend here who could wrap things up without giving you a miraculous," Chat Noir says, leaning against his staff and jerking his thumb towards White Fox, who was spinning his ribbon in time with the yo-yo.

"Hmm, looks like we'll be doing this the hard way, then," Raya says, flipping the batons out and extending the hooks.

"Were those always that sharp?" Chat Noir asks hesitantly, holding his staff up. I can feel the grin spread across my face.

"I've always wanted to face off against you," Raya says. "It's the quickest way to prove I'm better."

"You can't beat us as a team," Ladybug says.

"We'll see about that," Raya replies, springing forward. The fight is a blur of red yo-yo, white ribbon, and steel staff against two black batons. I try to focus on distracting Raya, or taking back any sort of control like I did before to stripe down, but I'm walled in inside of myself.

"Lucky Charm!" I hear Ladybug call and I focus on what's going on around me again. Ladybug has a lock in her hand and is signaling White Fox as the two circle around me, er, Raya. Before Raya has time to react, she's wrapped in ribbon and Ladybug clicks the lock on.

"Are we going to be doing this the easy way or the hard way?" Chat Noir asks. We glare at him and flip a baton in our hand.

"Keystrike," Raya spits out, hitting the lock with the tip of the spike on the baton.

"Looks like the hard way," White Fox comments, grabbing onto Raya as the lock falls away and the bracelet beeps a warning.

"Haven't you run out of time yet?" Raya demands, wriggling in White Fox's hold.

"I've got two minutes left. You've got one," he replies. "I'm here 'til the end."

As the keystroke energy drains away, I canforce my way through Raya's control, hissing out "Stripe down," before the time on the bracelet runs out. Raya spins out of the bangle with a pulse of dark light. I'm lightheaded and I would have collapsed if White Fox wasn't still holding onto me. He slips the bracelet off my wrist and tosses it to Ladybug, who breaks the bangle, catching the akuma and de-evilizing the butterfly. Raya just laughs at them.

"You think you can beat me that easily?" she demands in her high pitched voice, her black and red ringed tail flicking.

"Her akuma is in the broken bracelet," I say, my voice soft from exhaustion. I look around. We're in the subway. "The subway! I found the bracelet down here," I tell White Fox quietly as Ladybug and Raya banter. White Fox nods in understanding.

"Where at?" he asks.

"It was at this stop," I say, looking around and remembering. "Over there, behind the trash can." White Fox signals Chat Noir and points over to where I was talking about. Chat Noir nods and slips over, looking around and pulling out a snapped bracelet.

"Cataclysm!" he yells, drawing Ladybug and Raya's attention.

"No!" Raya yells, flying towards him, but he touches the broken bracelet before she can get there. Shattering into pieces, a black butterfly flaps out of the black ash in Chat Noir's hand.

"No more evildoing for you, akuma," Ladybug says, swinging her yo-yo and catching the butterfly, pulling the ladybug back to her. She taps the top, which opens, revealing a pure white butterfly. "Bye bye little butterfly," she says with a wave.

"Bye bye," I repeat, slumping in White Fox's grip. I hear his necklace beep warningly.

"I have to go," he says, helping me settle to the floor. "Watch out for her?"

"Of course," Ladybug agrees.

"Especially if she has cheese in her bag again," Chat Noir answers. I don't hear White Fox's reply.
