it's so beautiful how a woman's
body tears itself apart
only to build itself up again
restarting, renewing, reviving
an endless cycle of life
and life because here is where
it all begins
it's so beautiful how a woman's
body is the foundation of this
whole world. the earth would be
barren and fruitless but here we are
cultivating the land with our bare
and loving hands
tearing ourselves apart to build
ourselves up for a new beginning.
the blood that you all seem so afraid
to see, the natural and beautiful
bodily process that you seem so
disgusted by, is what fuels this world.
it has created you and created me.
we break ourselves down to build
ourselves up and we keep it on
repeat like a phoenix from the flames
and damn, women
are beautiful.
