Chapter 18

«Your Pov»

"He? Who's he?" I asked Sera who kept her head low.

"Sera, please..tell me who is he. H-he has Taehyung! I-I need to save him from that person!" I said and then she looked at me.

"Why? Don't tell me you have feelings for that human boy?" Sera asked and I kept qiuet.

"No (Y/n), you can't! You need to make this feelings go away! You need to throw it!" Sera said and I looked at her angrily.

"Why? This is the first time I've felt something different and good! I can't throw it! It doesn't work like that! You don't catch feeling and just make it disappear like it's nothing!" I said.

"And what?! Did you ever think that once you confess you two can never be together?! You'll die (Y/n)! Are you willing to die for a human boy?" She said.

"I don't care! I don't care if I die!" I said and I grabbed her hands and looked at her with desperate.

"Please Sera. I, I need to know who is this guy. If I find him, I can save Taehyung! Please, I need him. I don't know what will I do if he dies and I didn't do anything to save him. Please...." I said and started to cry.

"(Y/n)..." Sera said and sighed.

"Fine. I'll tell you who is he and where to find him. But you must be careful. That man, he's the most dangerous of all the creatures, he can cast any curse to any people he wants to curse. He always gets what he wants and now he wants you (Y/n)..." Sera said.

"Please tell me where I could find him!" I said.

"He's not here in the ocean.." She said.

"Then where is he?!" I asked.

"In the surface and he's......"

I quickly swam until I reached the beach. I put the necklace that Sera gave me.

~Flashback~

'He's hiding in an abbandoned factory, which is close to your house. You can ask Namjoon, I know he knows where that factory is, but remember, he hides under that factory. Once you find it, you will find Taehyung too and save him. Sera said and I hugged her, I was about to go until she called me.

"Wait. Here, you'll need this" Sera said and gave me a necklace.

"A necklace?" I asked.

"This is different from the others. It can protect you from his other curses and it can trasform you back to a human too. Please be careful. Let me know when you're back" She said and I nodded.

~Flashback~

I quickly transformed into my human self and started to run to our house.

«Jimin's Pov»

"Hyung, what should we do? What if she's never coming back? I don't know what will I do.." I said.

"Don't worry. She'll come back" Namjoon-hyung said.

"She just need some time to think, hyung." Jungkook said.

"I hope you all are right. I can't believe I have failed as a friend even worst as a brother.." I said and sat down.

"No you didn't. You only did that to protect the two of them." Jin-hyung said.

"But I even wanted to break them apart. I was too focused on my sister's life that I forgot how they are happy when they together. I wished I never said those words, I wished I told (Y/n) this problem as soon as possible. But I failed, both of them." I said.

"All of us can make mistakes. There is no living creature that haven't made one. It's normal for human, mermaids and other living things. It's what make us a better person and we need to learn from those mistakes and always remember to not let it happen again. You don't need to blame yourself" Yoong-hyung said.

"I know bu-" I said, but Hoseok-hyung came in the living room, screaming.

"What is Hoseok? Why are you so loud?" Jin-hyung said.

"It's Taehyung! He's back!" Hoseok-hyung said and our eyes widened. I quickly stood up and ran. We all found Taehyung in front of the door. We all hugged him, but he didn't hugged us back.

"Tae! We're glad that you are safe! You don't know how happy we are now!" Namjoon-hyung said and we all broke the hug. I looked at Taehyung, but he stared at us with no emotion.

"Tae-hyung. Is there something wrong? You seem so off.." Jungkook said. Then he smirked.

"Sleep" He said and then all of the sudden I felt sleepy.

"W-What's happening?" I said and we all fell down.

"Good work Taehyung. Now let's get my Queen back" I heard Seojun's voice.

"No.." I said, but my eyes started to close. Soon everything went black.
