Chapter 11

«No One's Pov»

You all turned around and saw Taehyung with a serious face.

"What? Of course not!" Jimin said, trying to deny why Taehyung had just said.

"Well that's not what I heard from Jin-hyung!" Taehyung said.

"You must've heard wrong, Tae. We aren't mermaids" Yoongi said with a blank face.

"Come on,hyung! I heard hyung!Why can't you just tell the truth. We were supposed to be brothers, brothers don't lie to each other!" Taehyung said and ran off.

"Taehyung!" You said and was about to go after him, but Jimin stopped you.

"I think it's better to leave him alone for now" He said and you looked at him.

"I'm sorry Oppa, but now that he knows about us, we can't just let him go in the sea. It'll be dangerous for him now. I need to go and find him" You said and ran off too.

"Wha- (Y/n)!"

"Let her be. She's right. Now that Taehyung knows that we are mer people, it's time for Jungkook and Hoseok to know the truth too.." Jin said.

"But, hyung. They'll be more in danger..." Namjoon said.

"Well hyung is right and besides we don't have a choice than to tell them the truth now. Because if we don't, I'm pretty sure Tae will" Yoongi said.

«Your Pov»

I looked around to search for Taehyung.

'Where are you now.....' I thought.

I was still looking around the beach, when I heard someone sobbing. I walked where I heard it and saw Taehyung crying.

I felt guilty. Because they've been together for like five years and they others kept their real identity from them to keep them safe. And now that I've arrived in their lives, I probably ruined their friendship and trust.

I sat beside him.

"I'm sorry..." I apologized to him.

"Fot what?" Taehyung asked me.

"You know, for not being truth about ourselves. We didn't mean for you to know it in that way.." I said.

"So you really are..." He said and I nodded.

"Sorry for keeping it to you. We really don't have a choice but to hide it from you guys..." I said.

"Huh? What do you mean?" He asked me. I was about to tell him, then I heard someone

"Hold right there, Princess (Y/n)!" We heard a voice. We turned around and saw a man.

He wasn't a human, he was a merman in a human form.

I grabbed Taehyung's hand and dragged him away, far away from that man.

"Stop!" The man said trying to make us stop, but Taehyung and I kept running.

"What's going on?! Who is that guy?!" Taehyung-Oppa asked me, but I ignored his question and kept dragging him to our house.

Soon we arrived and I locke the door.

"(Y/n), what is happening?! Who was that guy?! And why did he call you a princess?" Taehyung asked me again, making me sighed.

"I'll explain it once eveyone is here. Guys? Anyone!"I screamed.

After hearing your scream, everyone went at the living room.

"What's wrong, (Y/n)?"Jin asked you.

"Someone was following us and I think it's one of the royal guards" You said. And Jimin, Namjoon, Jin and Yoongi's eyes widened.

"WHAT?!" They yelled. Jungkook and Hoseok remained confused.

"What's going on?" Hoseok asked. No one responded to his question and you looked at Jimin.

"Jimin, I think this place isn't safe for us anymore. We don't have a choice but to tell them the truth" You said to him.

"Truth? What truth? What are you guys talking about?" Jungkook asked.

"She's right. Now that man saw her, he will immediately tell that he has found her to the Queen and King" Yoongi said.

"Jungkook, Hoseok, Taehyung....We are about to tell you something and this is really important.." Jin said.

"What is it hyung?" Jungkook asked.

"You see...." Jin started

"We are not humans" You finished with a serious face. Jungkook and Hoseok started to laugh.

"Not human? Are you guys kidding us? No offense, but I think you guys are hanging too much with Tae-hyung" Jungkook said.

"Jungkook, we are not joking" Jimin said.

"Then what are you? Aliens?" Hoseok asked.

"We are mermaids" Namjoon said.

"What? Mermaids don't exist" Jungkook said.

"They do exist and we are one of them" You said.

"Come on, guys. Stop tricking us. It's not fun, you know" Hoseok said. Taehyung remained silent.

"Why don't we guys show you. So you can believe in us" Yoongi said and they went to the pool.

"Wait are you guys seriously taking this joke into a different level? Can't we just stop playing around?" Jungkook said, but like Hoseok before, he was ignored.

"Ready?" Jin asked and all of you nodded except for Jungkook, Taehyung and Hoseok.

You guys all jumped into the water and took off your necklace. You five transformed into your mermaids form again.

Jimin has a blue tail, blonde hair and black eyes. Like a royal one.
Jin, Yoongi and Namjoon have a green-ish tail, but their hairs are different. Jin has pink, Yoongi has Blue and Namjoon has light brown hair.

Jungkook and Hoseok were too shocked to say anything and remained silent. They couldn't believe it. They were telling the truth.

Taehyung's eyes widened once he saw your true self.

"Y-You're the mermaid t-that I saw earlier this morning?!"
