"Yeah I'm going to meet Yeorum soon, but i have no clue what i'm supposed to say what if i mess up on my words or she rejec-" "First of all even if you mess up she'll get what you're saying, second yeorum won't reject you she loves you, now go get em Y/N!" Mei qui said encouragingly "Right" i said worried, hanging up on the call with Mei Qui Mei Qui and I have been getting really close since she found out that I like and have liked, possibly even loved, Yeorum for years. She's kind of scary in a mother type way
"Crap I'm late!" I said checking my watch, I paid for the gift and ran out of the shop
"Yeorum!" I shouted from across the street, we were meeting up to talk and I was running kind of late... "Crap it looks like she's been waiting for so long" i thought to myself
She was wearing a cute pale pink beret with her hair down, the loose big oversized jumper i bought her for her birthday last january, white shorts and those cute white shoes she always wears. Everything about her is cute.
Yeorum looked up, smiled her cute little smile and waved to me "Y/N unnie/oppa!" I ran to her as fast as I could "Yeorum-ah sorry I lost track of time" I say while handing her the gift I spent a little too long picking "Unnie/Oppa, you didnt have to get me anything! What's this even for???" She asked tilting her head slightly "Am I not allowed to give you presents anymore? You know when we were younger you never complained about me buying you stuff" i blused "Hey!!" She said hitting me playfully We laughed, we linked arms and went for a walk
"Unnie/oppa why'd you wanna meet up?" Yeorum asked shyly "Hmm ah well i wanted to see you before you got busy again that's all" i answered quickly "Mmm okay then is that all?" She asked curiously "Yes what other reason would i have?" "I dont know...is there anything you need to tell me?" She asked getting more and more worried as time passed
My mind went blank "does she know that i like her? Does she know i asked her to meet up because i wanted to confess? Why is she is so worried? Does she not feel the same way? What if-" "Unnie/oppa, its okay whatever it is I'll listen its just you seemed kind of out of it thats all" she answered with a forced smile
"Yeorum-ah, unnie/oppa has something important to tell you" i spoke softly "Okay what is it?" Yeorum asked, scared "Theres someone i like and want to date" "Do I know them?" She asked "Yes you do" i smiled, just thinking of yeorum "Oh are they in WJSN?" She asked this time her voice shaky, a grimmace coming upon her face "Yes they are and i really like them, ive liked them for a while and i dont know what to do" i say blushing and staring at the floor "Unnie/oppa, its okay you can tell me who it is" she said gripping her knees and clenching fists
"Well i cant" "Why? Are you afraid I'll be hurt" "Wha-" "I already know it isnt me" she said teary eyed, hurt "its probably mei qui unnie right? I can see how close you two are! Did you think i didnt know?" Sne said on the brink of tears, her voice shaky yet she was smiling trying to reassure me it was fine "Yeorum-ah" i said softly "Its fine, okay i know you got me this present so i'd help you woo her, it's fine I'm fine" she smiled weakly "Yeorum" "But all this time unnie/oppa have you ever thought about how I felt? Because I-"
I interupted Yeorum before she could start crying. I cupped her face in both my hands and put our faces close together, our foreheads touching "Yeorum, i love you i dont love mei qui i was asking her to help me confess to you" I wiped yeorum's tears away from her face, she looked surprised but i managed to calm her down "Unnie/oppa what?" I moved closer to yeorum's face and pressed my lips against hers. It was short but sweet. Short yet passionate. Something we were both waiting for. We pulled away from each other and laughed. She's beautiful and always will be.
