Epilogue💓

Alanas POV

I was peacefully reading when a very expected cry, pierces through the room. I look to where my little boy and little girl were interacting, Storm patted Nami's head in an attempt to calm her as she cried for me. Soon, tears from him come falling and I smile adoringly walking towards them both.

"What's wrong?" I kneel in front of them and Storm sniffs looking at his two year old sister with his tear filled eyes.

"We miss daddy." He pouts and I pull both of them into my arms.

Aiden had about three more hours until work was over, and today was Saturday so I didn't have work.

"Let's go visit him. Who's up to see daddy?"

Nami's cries silence and she bursts out in happiness, tears still ringing through her eyes.

Storm, was silent, his soft curls falling onto his round face.

"Storm baby?" I call and he looks up at me. "You okay?"

"Yes. ." He murmurs and I frown, grabbing my keys and heading towards the car.

"I don't care." Was the first thing we heard as we entered his office, his grin was wide and he hung up, not even bothering to say farewell to the person on the line.

"My babies!" He stands walking towards us and Nami danced excitedly in my arms. I secretly admired his newly grown beard as he took Nami from me.

She babbled happily at him, screaming 'Dada', pulling at his curls and he chuckled kissing her chubby cheeks.

"How's my little bundle?" He coos and she grins acting like she understands. Her slightly frizzy, but tamed curls messy from lack of being brushed today. Blame her. Anytime I pull the brush out, she's gone.

I nudge Storm towards his father but he simply stays latched to my lap.

Noticing this, Aiden frowns, just like I did, and picks him up.

"What's wrong Buddy?" Storm looks at Nami sadly before leaning towards his father's ears. Before I know it, a conversation had burst between the two and Nami and I just stared at them crazily.

"Ehem." Aiden clears his throat. "This little guy-"

"I can't make baby Nami happy." He pouts and tears spring to his eyes.

"Aww." I coo and Nami tilts her head upon hearing her name. "No baby, she just missed daddy. . she loves you."

As if on que, Nami gave him a bright smile, her chocolate eyes twinkling. Storm still seemed a little uncertain but returned it never the less.

"Wanna go play with her?" Aiden asks him and he reluctantly nods as he sets him down. He grabs her hand, steadying her as they walk to the play area which Aiden made just for them.

"So. . " He says pulling me onto him. "Did you miss daddy too?" He murmurs and I smirk.

"Not at all." I tease and he rolls his eyes.

"I know you did. You love me."  He runs his hand down my back and onto my butt, which had grown due to the two lives running around the office, and Aiden never seemed to mind.

"I do." I moves to kiss his lips and he places a hand to my mouth.

"Not in front of them."

"Ugh, our children are going to be prudes." He sticks his tongue out and before he can retreat, I hold it captive, sucking lightly and he groans.

"What're you doing?" Storm was now frozen, staring at us and Nami had an everlasting smirk on her face.

"Daddy hurt his tongue, so I was just kissing it, like I do to your booboos." I lie and Storm seems okay with that answer.

"It still hurts." Aiden smirks.

"Not in front of the children." I giggle evilly stepping away and he smacks my butt.

"Mommy has candy!" As if I was a prey, both heads turn to me alert and I gape.

"Aiden. . "

"Yea. . good luck with that." I scream in fake horror as they both come running towards me. Well at least Nami was trying.

Aiden just stood dying of laughter as they tackle me, searching all my pockets

"Youre gonna pay." I say laughing as Nami slapped my butt innocently over and over searching for candy.

So, in the end. I walked out of the forest stronger, bigger and better than ever. All because Leo broke me, I guess every disappointment, is a blessing in disguise.
