You can simply have a picture of your idol but if you don't want to or if you think it's too simple, you can make an edit.
[Mine was made by me, it took me around 15-20 minutes and I think it's pretty awesome.]
All I did was put a colorful background (mine is mostly green), then I overlayed it with a mandala flower and on top of it I added a png of my idol (in black and white). You can also add a dusty overlay or something over it, it looks cool. Next I usually add my username, in big letters, so my followers know who I am (while checking stories for example).
If you want more ideas you can check a few on Google images. And if didn't understand how I did it, ask me and I'll explain step by step or you can just go to YouTube. But keep in mind that there are many different ways to make a profile pic :)
