As soon as the light of the leapmaster faded, Biana felt like she had been snapped out of a trance. Her heart sort of ached, and she wasn't quite sure how she got home. She was standing next to Gaia, and she turned to the young elf, asking, "What happened? How did we get here? We were just at the dragon race..."

Gaia winced, "Um... I kind of... accidentally... inflicted on you and Dex before I went to see Emrys and you and Dex almost kissed like twice..."

Biana's jaw dropped, "What?!"

"Emrys and I stopped you guys before you did, but you two could barely keep your hands off of one another..."

Shocked, Biana sat down, and put her head in her hands. She couldn't find words to describe how she felt, but she knew she wasn't mad... so what did she feel? Confused, but what else?

Gaia sat next to her, "I'm sorry," she sounded like she was on the verge of tears, "I didn't mean to."

Taking a shaky breath, Biana sat up, and pulled the girl into a hug, "It's not your fault... I'm just... surprised... I mean... wow..."

"Wow?"

"I just..." her eyes were still wide, "I don't know." They stayed like that for a while, but Biana never did come to a conclusion.

Dex felt as if someone had snipped one of his heart strings as he stumbled into Dracovern blindly, wondering what happened.

"What the heck was that?" Emrys demanded, though there was a hint of a smirk on his lips.

"What the heck was what?" Dex suddenly started to tally up every single thing he ever did wrong until Emrys asked,

"You seriously don't remember? You and Biana were just all over eachother. Do you know how many times Gaia and I stopped you from kissing? Gnome, why didn't you tell us you two were dating?"

Dex frowned, "We're not. That couldn't've happened, Biana and I are just friends."

Suddenly, Emrys's imparter buzzed, and he opened a TIM, totally ignoring what Dex just said. After a few seconds of reading it over, Emrys started laughing so hard that he dropped his imparter and doubled over. Dazed by his confusion, Dex picked up the fallen imparter and read the message, which was from Gaia, so of course Emrys stopped everything to answer it. It read:

"Emrys! I figured out what happened to Biana and Dex. I inflicted on them! That's why they were so lovey-dovey! Did Dex snap out of it as soon as you guys arrived at Dracovern? Biana did as soon as you guys left."

The inventor stared at the screen for a few seconds in surprise, twin weights resting on either side of his chest. How did Biana feel about this? The thought formed in his mind, but a small part of him wondered what the heck the weights on his chest were from until that's what resided in the forefront of his mind. It wasn't until each weight slowly formed five little scallops on the top edge did he realize they were in the shape of hands... that the weights were a memory of her hands on his chest. Slowly, he blushed, and absent mindedly, his hands fell over where he felt where hers had been, his fingers splayed slightly as if to capture the tingling feeling the memory was leaving on his skin. He could feel his heart beating in his chest, and took note of the fast pace. Before he could think much more on the subject, he turned his attention back to Emrys, who was still laughing like the little turd he was. Inspired, Dex knew he had to strike back.
