It was finally the day to move into Iridecesy! Biana and Gaia had managed to get everything packed and ready to go the day before, so all they had to worry about today was moving the stuff and unpacking. Dex and Emrys had come about an hour early, so when Dex walked into her bedroom, she was still in her pajamas. A fashion scandal! Her short, bluebell colored sleep shorts with lace trim didn't match the soft, bright, lemon yellow cami-style tank top she was wearing. It was terrible! After saying a short hellos, she refused to see him until after she had gotten dressed for the day; much to Dex's amusement.

When she came out again, she was wearing a simple polyester orchid colored dress that had no sleeves, plates, and had a keyhole in the front, which was tied to a full teardrop-close with a ribbon. The dress had a short, ruffled collar that stood up, encircling her neck. She matched it with light peach colored heels and diamond earrings, but when she walked by Dex, he whispered in her ear, "I liked the last look better." Which was ridiculous, because the colors totally clashed!

When she saw Emrys starting to move the bags with her latest collection in them, she hurried over, "I'll take those!"

"Don't you trust me?" Emrys frowned a little, concerned.

"I trust you," she promised, taking the bags from him anyways, "but I don't trust anyone with my top secret work, and there's a special way to lightleap them so they don't get wrinkled."

"Even Dex?" He asked, nodding to his Emrian, who was sneakily trying to grab a few bags of designs when she had her back turned.

Biana wished them out of Dex's hands with telekinesis, "He does it just to keep me on my toes. He stops when he's been caught."

"My high score is five," Dex informed them with a cheeky grin, "and Emrys, if Biana didn't trust you, you'd probably never see Gaia again."

Gaia dropped the box of books she was holding in shock, and it landed on the floor with a thump, "What?!"

"Well, yeah, if I thought he was a member of the Neverseen, or had bad intentions," Biana clarified, "then you'd never see one another again, but if he was a member of the Neverseen or had bad intentions, I don't think you'd want to."

"How'd I already earn your trust, then?" Emrys asked, looking genuinely interested.

Biana smiled knowingly, "Easy, Dex is close with you and your family, and I trust his judgement... plus, you're Jensi's son, and he doesn't have a bad bone in his body." She didn't fail to notice Emrys's slight eye roll at the mention of his father.

"Correction: he has one," Dex clarified, "we totally flooded the Foxfire halls with Harpy Hoaxes the day before our Foxfire Graduation."

"That was you?" Biana gasped, not believing her ears, "You dyed my white Kinsey Glenwook heels!"

"What're Harpy Hoaxes?" Gaia asked, and Emrys answered,

"They're fish that look like women and birds at the same time, which is basically a harpy in mythology. Those fish were the inspiration for harpies, actually, but they also like to dye the water they swim in purple with their ink to protect themselves..."

Gaia nodded and asked, "So they dyed everyone's feet?"

"And shoes," Biana sighed sadly, "they were one of my favorite pairs."

"You have dozens of shoes," Dex reminded her, "but we had one chance for that awesome prank. Besides, didn't you make them into a design?"

The Kinsey Glenwook heels were platform, so the water had only just barely hit the toes of the shoes, but the dye job was uneven, so she outlined the dye with black marker and created a mini line of what she called "Harpy Heels". They sold well enough, but Biana had wanted to that pair of heels white as they went with everything and were comfortable.
