*My bed is draped in Gucci Linen. I never said I love you to these women nah.*

The song 'Gucci Linen' rang through my headphones as I ran on the treadmill at the hotel's gym. I was getting a work out in before Josh woke up and we went sea side for the day. As I was running I was thinking over everything that had happened in the last 24 hours.

Josh and I had both landed in Sydney, Australia 24 hours previous and I had bought a puppy. Neo was adorable and I am already head over heels in love with him. I haven't seen much of the country yet and that is why Josh and I were going to go sea side later in the afternoon.

I looked at the meter on the treadmill and it said that i was inching toward my 10th mile. I kept running until mile 10. I turned off the machine and cleaned it off with a disinfectant wipe that the hotel provided. Once the machine was sanitized I went over to my gym bag and pulled out my timer and my jump rope. I started my timer for the first three minutes of jump rope and just kind of zoned out as I watched my feet bouncing on the floor. I had a small flash back to one of my first kickboxing classes the three minute buzzer went off and I jumped down to do ten push ups.

                                                                            *********

"We jump rope because it is the same motion that all boxers including you one day will use during a fight." My Uncle Dave explained to me and the rest of the class.

We continued to jump rope before we dropped down and did ten push ups. We did this exercise five times as a warm up before Uncle Dave took us through drills.

"Alright kids, glove up." Uncle Dave said after we finished warm up.  We all put our gloves on and we circled around my uncle.

We each took turned running through different drills with my uncle and our partners. I was paired with Greer because we always worked well together.

"How was your work out?" Josh asked as I walked into our hotel room.

"Good. I need to keep preparing for the tour. This tour is going to push me farther than I have been pushed in a while. I want to make it to the top." I answered him as I gathered clean clothes and headed to shower.

I connected my phone to the small bluetooth speaker that I had and put it on shuffle even though I wasn't entirely paying attention to the music flooding through the speaker and filling the small hotel bathroom.

I was combing shampoo through my long hair and thinking about how I wanted a change but I didn't know what change to make.

The bathroom was filled with steam by the time I got out of the shower. It was completely refreshing and needed. I slipped into some black high waisted shorts and a striped crop top. I put make up on and exited the bathroom.

"Neo! Come here boy." I called and was delighted to hear the padding of tiny puppy paws come running from around the bed farthest away from where I stood. I put his leash on and I put my black vans. I grabbed the bag I packed this morning that held water bottles and a simple black bikini, some sunscreen and towels before turning to Josh; "You ready to go to the beach dude?"

"Hell yea!" He said.

We walked out the door, all three of us. Josh, Neo and I. We got into a cab and told the driver to take us to the nearest beach. As we pulled away from the hotel, I pulled out my phone and decided to text Greer.
