Chapter 19: Finding Out

Ryan laid there till everything went black. By then it was about 1:00 am.

Hazel woke up at 2:00 because she had a bad feeling. So she checked her phone. Ryan. So she listened to the voice mail. She gasped. And ran up the stairs. "Ryan!" She said raising her voice a little.

There in Piper's room, was Ryan, with a knife sticking out of his chest.

Hazel ran over to him. She shook him to wake up. "RYAN! PLEASE WAKE UP!" she shook him more. He opened his eyes a little. "Gonna. Give. Me. Shaken. Baby. Syndrome." He said coughing out each word then smiling with sarcasm. Hazel didn't laugh.

"This isn't funny! Who did this to you!" She screamed and he shrugged. "Just stay with me please!" She said and he nodded.

Hazel pulled out her phone. She dialed 911 and told them everything she knew.

When the loud ambulances got there everyone was awake and trying to keep Ryan awake.

Hazel wiped his sweaty head with a wash cloth and held his hand tight.

"Don't die on my Ryan." Hazel said as they pulled him into the ambulance. He shrugged and then waved bye. Now there was another problem.

Piper was gone... Connor looked everywhere! "Piper! Babe! Are you here?" He asked getting really worried. Then he saw the note. It was on her bed.

The note said: 'Dear Connor.

This is Piper's Kidnapper. And she doesn't want to come back. She loves me. And always will. And sorry about your friend there, he kinda got in the way.

Connor stared at the note. Tears coming down his face. "She doesn't really love this person does she? Would she really do this to me? That's impossible.... I don't believe it. I need to find her!" He said running into the kitchen with the note.

"Guys! Look at this!" He yelled and Zander grabbed the note.

"Who the fuck is "Pipers love"?" Zander asked and Hazel shrugged.

Hazel made everyone go to the hospital to see Ryan. But she was mad when the doctor said that his family didn't want him to have visitors so she would have to wait until he goes to school. Or until they get back. Because after he gets out of the hospital they are gonna go on vacation.

2 weeks later!

"C'mon Hazel please eat...." Zander said to Hazel's bedroom door.

"I'm not hungry..." She said back. He sighed.

Then Zander went over to Connor's room. "C'mon dude! You have to come out here sometime!" Zander said banging on Connor's door.

"Go away..." Connor said and Zander rolled his eyes...

"Well I am going to go out..." Zander said to both room bound teenagers and walked out of the door.

Zander came back later that day with a box. It has holes in it. His long brown hair was straightened and he was wearing a motionless in white shirt with white skinny jeans, and black vans.

"Hazel I have a present for you... Come out and I will give it to you..." He said and by the time he said present she was out of her room.

"What is it?!" She asked eyeing the box. She looked horrible. She was super skinny, had no skin color, and her eyes had giant circles around them. She hadn't slept in 2 weeks.

"Well open it!" He said and she opened the purple box with holes. She gasped.

"A PUPPY!" She yelled pulling the baby husky out. It was so little!

"Will you hang out with me now?" Zander asked hugging her. She nodded.

"I'm sorry... I was being selfish. I was sad because Piper, and how Ryan hasn't texted me or anything even though I was supposed to be his only and best friend..... I miss them both." Hazel said kissing Zander on the cheek.

"You know I will always love you." Zander said pecking her on the mouth.

"Forever and Always." Hazel said smiling.

"Forever and always." Zander said poking her in the ribs. She giggled. "See whenever you are feeling down, come to me! I always make you giggle." He said making a funny cross eyed face. "But you know what makes you really giggle?" Zander asked smirking his gigantic sarcastic smirk.

"Oh great..." Hazel said covering her stomach. She knew what was coming.

"Tickle Attack!" Zander screamed tickling her. She screeched and hooted.

"STOP!TICKLES!OMGERGERD! YOU. ARE. NUTS. HAHAHAHAAHAHAHA" Hazel screamed until he reached his head down and they started passionately kissing. His snake bites against her chin always calmed her down. He sat down. So now she was strattling him. He bit her lip.

"Really? Do you have to let the animal out?" Hazel asked sticking out her tongue. He nodded and bit her tongue. "Ouch!" She joked and he saw her bluff.

"So you're 17 and a virgin?" Zander asked and Hazel raised an eyebrow.

"Yah. But aren't you? I mean you were in the before all your life..." She said and he smiled.

"Yah but for a while I had to go to school. Actual school and then after that I wasn't a virgin anymore." He said giving her a bad boy smile. "Do you wanna.... I mean. Unless you don't want me to be your first..." He said flipping his hair to the Side and sighing.

"No no I do..." Hazel said. And then Zander laughed.
