Chapter 43

*November 6th, Alicia's Birthday*

Conor's POV 

I got out of bed trying not to wake Alicia up. I changed into some clothes, headed downstairs and grabbed the car keys. I got into the car and drove to the airport to pick up Alicia's surprise. I went to the terminal where her suprise is. I saw them and a I went up to them. "Hey guys," I hugged them. 

"Hey Conor," they hugged back. We headed to the car and drove back home. I unlocked the door and saw that Alicia wasn't awake yet. 

"I'm gonna go wake her up, just wait here," I told them. They nodded and I headed upstairs. 

Alicia's POV 

"Babe, wake up," Conor kissed me on the cheek. I opened my eyes and saw him. "Happy birthday," he smiled. 

"Thanks," I pecked him on the lips. Wow I'm finally 23. I don't feel like a 23 year old woman.

"Come downstairs, there's a surprise for you," he told me. I got out of bed and put on my robe. I headed downstairs and saw my parents. 

"Mom, Dad," I hugged them.

"Happy birthday sweetheart," Dad hugged me. 

"Thanks," I thanked him. "Thanks babe," I kissed Conor on the cheek. 

"No problem, now let's go have some breakfast. Alicia get changed," Conor told me. I nodded and changed into some clothes. I put on some makeup and headed downstairs. 

"Okay I'm ready," I told them. I put on my shoes and we headed to the car. Conor and Dad sat in the front while me and Mom sat in the back. 

"So did you get anythings for the baby?" Mom asked me. 

"Yeah some clothes, that's all. We're getting more things after we know the gender," I replied. 

"I just can't believe that you're going to be a mom," she told me. 

"I know," I agreed. 

"So Alicia, how's the job?" Dad asked. 

"It's fine. Brendon's fun working with as the rest of the gang," I replied. We got to a cafe and sat down at a table. We ordered and ate. We left the cafe and headed back home. All of us sat down on the couch and talked for a while. 

*Few Hours Later* 

Right now I'm getting ready to go to Jack and Jema's house to hang out with them for my birthday. Mom and Dad are staying home. "Ready?" Conor asked. 

"Yep," I replied while walking downstairs. We said goodbye to my parents and headed to Jack and Jema's house. We got to their house and knocked on the door. 

"Hey Alicia," Jema hugged me. 

"Hey," I hugged back. I greeted jack and hugged him. 

"Do you guys want to head to the backyard?" Jack asked. The both of us nodded our heads and headed to the backyard. I opened the door and saw everyone. 

"Surprise," they cheered. Sarah and the rest of the girls hugged me. 

"Happy birthday," they said. 

"Thanks," I thanked them. I headed to the guys and hugged them. There was food and music playing. All of us got food and chatted. The kids ran around playing with the dogs. I got some presents from the gang. It was time for the cake. I cut the cake and handed out the slices. After a few hours Conor and I headed home and slept.
