Chapter 29

*Next Week* 

Alicia's POV 

I'm running around the house cleaning everything up because my parents are coming over. Conor saw me running around and grabbed me. "Hey it's going to be ok," he reassured me. 

"I know, I'm just nervous. I haven't seen them since Spring Break," I told him. 

"I know, hey everything's set up, now we can do is wait," he told me. I nodded and we sat down on the couch. After a half a hour the door bell rang. Conor and I got off the couch and opened the doo. We saw my parents. 

"Mom, Dad," I hugged them. 

"Hey honey, hey Conor? How are you guys?" Mom asked. 

"We're good," I replied. "Come in." They walked in with their bags and we sat down on the couch.  "Do you guys want anything to drink?" 

"No I'm fine," they replied. I nodded and we talked. 

"So when are you going to start recording with Brendon?" Dad asked. 

"When he comes back from New York after he's done preforming in Kinky Boots," I replied. They nodded and we continued to talk until my phone rang. "Sorry I'm gonna have to take this," I told them and left the living room. 

Alicia- Hello? 

Jema- Alicia guess what? 

Alicia- What? 

Jema- Karsen's having the baby!

Alicia- Really? I have to text her. I have to go my parents are here. 

Jema- Ok see ya. Bye. 

Alicia- Bye. 

I hung up and texted Karsen. 

Alicia- Hey! Jema told me that you're in labor. I just want to wish you and Josh good luck. Keep me updated. 

I sent her the text and headed back to the living room. "Who was that?" Conor asked. 

"It was Jema," I replied. 

"What did she want?" Mom asked. 

"Oh she told me that Karsen's in labor," I replied. 

"That's nice," Dad said. 

"So do you guys want lunch?" I asked. 

"Sure," all of them replied. I headed to the kitchen and started making food. Mom came in and started to help me. 

"So how long are you and Dad staying here?" I asked. 

"For three days, we just wanted to stop by to see you guys and the house," she replied. I nodded and we continued to talk. We finished making lunch and gave some to the guys. All of us ate and talked. After a while my parents had to go. 

"Nice seeing you guys again," I hugged them. 

"See you soon," they said. They hugged Conor and left. I pecked Conor on the lips and hugged him. 

"When are you going into the studio?" I asked him. 

"Tomorrow," he replied. The door knocked and I looked at Conor confused. "Let's go open it." The both of us opened the door and saw a couple and a baby. 

"Hi," I greeted them. 

"Hi I'm Jane, this is my husband Rafael and this is our son Mateo.(A/N And yes the Jane, Rafael and Mateo are from Jane The Virgin. I love that show. Also Jane and Rafael didn't get married in the show. Sorry. ) We're new to the new to the neighboor hood," Jane introduced them. 

"Hi I'm Alicia and this is my boyfriend Conor, welcome to the neighboor hood," I introduced me and Conor. 

"Do you guys want to come in and chat?" Conor asked 

"Sorry we can't, we have to head to our house. We can exchange our numbers," Rafael replied. 

"Sure we can," I replied. All of us exchanged numbers and they left. "They seem nice," I told Conor. 

"Yeah they are," he agreed. 

"So what do you want for dinner?" 

"Anything is fine. Do we have any left overs?" 

"Yeah we do, let me heat it up and we can eat it." I went to the fridge and got the left overs. I heat them up and put it on the plates. I handed one to Conor and we started eating. We finished eating and we headed to bed.
