Alicia's POV
Oh god! I was packed up for London for college.
"Hurry up Alicia! We have to leave!" my mom shouted from the stairs.
"Ok mom!" I shouted back. I texted my friend and roommate Jema that we are going to the airport. She replied "ok". I forgot got to tell you, as you may know in Alicia, I'm 19, have black hair and getting a masters degree on music. Jema and I have been friends since middle school. We are going to the same college but different majors. You already know I'm doing music, she's doing history.
*Skip car trip to airport*
"Oh my god, I'm going to miss you," my mom said while hugging me.
"My baby girl is leaving me," my dad said while hugging me.
"Dad I'm not a baby anymore," I replied back.
"I know but you still are in my eyes," my dad replied back. After our goodbyes, I met up with Jema and said goodbye to her parents also. We went through security and went to our gate.
"Are you going to miss Santa Clara?" Jema asked me.
"Yeah but we are making a new life in London," I responded back.
"Well at least we are going to meet some cute British boys tho," she said," You're going to meet someone better than Adam."
"Yeah. Maybe," I replied back.
"Flight 110603 to London,England now boarding" we heard from the overhead.
"Well lets go on" Jema said excited.
"Now for a long 10-11 flight," I said in my head.
