Chapter 66

*Next Day, Thanksgiving* 

Alicia's POV 

"Alicia, are you ready?" Conor asked me. 

"Yeah," I put in my earring. I got up from the chair and saw that Conor dressed him up. "Aw he looks adorable," I fixed his hat. 

"I know right," he smiled. Jack and Jema already left the hotel to have Thanksgiving at Jema's house. 

"Okay, we're ready to go now," I strapped Fletcher in his stroller. I grabbed the diaper bag and we headed out of the room. We put him in the car and we headed to my house. 

"Okay, so I'm gonna meet all of your family?" Conor asked. 

"Just my Dad's side, I don't usually hang out with my Mom's side," I held his hand. "Don't worry it's gonne be fine. They're gonna love you." 

"Okay," he took a deep breath. We got to my house and saw many cars in front of the house. That means that everyone's here. 

"Come on, let's go," I parked the car. We got Fletcher and headed to my house. I opened the front door and saw everyone talking. 

"Alicia," my cousin, Ashley, hugged me. 

"Ashley," I hugged her. 

"I missed you," she told me. 

"Same," I agreed. "Oh this is Conor my boyfriend and Fletcher, our son," I introduced them. 

"Nice to meet you," Conor told her. 

"Nice to meet you too," she told him. I passed Fletcher to her and she played with him. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around. 

"Oh my gosh, Alex," I hugged me cousin Alex. He's like a brother to me. I haven't seen him since he got deployed. 

"Hey you little bugger," he hugged back. 

"I missed you," I let go. 

"I didn;t, kidding, I really did miss you," he joked. 

"Oh this is Conor and our son Fletcher," I intoduced Conor and Fletcher to him.

"Oh hey what's up?" Alex shook Conor's hand. 

"Nothing, nice meeting you," Conor shook back. 

"Hey can you take care of Fletcher, your mom asked me to do something?" Conor asked me. 

"Sure," I agreed. 

"Thanks," he kissed me on the cheek. 

Conor's POV 

Her mom didn't ask me anything, I need to ask her and Alicia's dad something. "Hi, Phillip, Amanda, can I ask you something?" I asked. 

"Sure," they agreed. We headed in room and I closed the door. 

"What do you need son?" Phillip asked. 

"Well I was wondering if I can have your permission to marry Alicia?" I asked them. 

"Well yes, you can," the both of them replied. 

"Wait really?" I was surprised, I was ready for them to reject me. 

"Yes, Conor. You're a real sweet guy, I've never seen Alicia this happy with a guy. You really make her happy," Amanda told me. 

"Thank you," I thanked them. 

"So when are you getting the ring?" Amanda asked me. 

"During our trip to England," I replied. They nodded and we headed out of the room. 

"Hi," I wrapped my arms around her waist. 

"Hi," she giggled. 

"Where's our son?" I asked her. 

"With my aunts, they love him," she replied. I nodded and it was time for dinner. 

*Few Hours Later* 

Alicia's POV 

"I'll see you guys later," I told the guys. Jema and I are going Black Friday shopping, we gotta get them deals. 

"See you, stay safe," Conor kissed me. 

"Don't worry, we will," we headed out of the hotel room. We got in the car and we drove to the mall. 

"Yes, we finally found parking," We got out of the car. 

"Well at least it didn't take that long like it did with my mom," I locked the car. We headed in the mall and they changed it. 

"Wow, it changed so much," we looked around. 

"Come on let's go," Jema dragged me into the first store. We looked around and there wasn't that many things that we liked. We headed out of that store and headed to Forever 21. 

"Oh what about this?" I asked Jema. I was showing her a dress that I could wear on our trip to England.

"That is cute, get it," she told me. 

"So did you decide on a venue?" I asked her while looking for more clothes. 

"Actually yes," she replied. 

"Oh where is it?" I looked at a dress. 

"It's in a forest and it's really pretty," she told me. 

"It's here right?" I asked her. 

"Yep," she replied. We looked at  more things and paid for them. Afer a few more hours of shopping, we headed back to the hotel. The boys were sleeping so we got into bed and headed to sleep.
