Corbyns POV

"Zach check the East side with Jonah, I'll take the North. Corbyn and Daniel go West. I'll have Luke and another guard go south. Keep your links open, if this is Cole were messing with, we need to be careful." Logan instructed. We wasted no time shifting and sprinting off in the direction instructed.

I'm worried Corbyn. Daniel stated as we ran.

Me too, we can't think about that right now though. I replied.

You know what Cole did, he's perfectly capable of doing it again. He scoffed.

Daniel, calm down. Worrying isn't going to get us anywhere. I soothed.

Your right. He declared after a few moments of silence. The time felt like it couldn't pass slower as we ran. Minutes felt like hours. Suddenly, Daniel halted to a stop and put his nose in the air. I paused and copied his actions. Intaking a deep breath, Jacks scent was faint in the air.

We picked up a scent. I informed all of the boys.

Where are you? Zach's voice sounded hopeful. I took a moment to glance around. We where in a small clearing surrounded by trees. We aren't in the king and queens territory anymore, but we aren't very far from it.

Just outside the West border in a small clearing. I informed as Daniel began exploring the clearing.

We're on our way, stay there. Jonah stated.

Corbyn... Daniels voice trailed. I cautiously made my way over to him, eyeing the piece of ground he was staring at.

Blood. I stated as I saw red spots on a rock on the ground.

Jack's hurt. Daniel informed the group.

I'm going to kill those mother fu-

LANGUAGE! Zach suddenly yelled, interrupting Logan.

Shut up. Are y'all almost here? I asked, annoyance apparent in my tone.

We're about fifteen minutes out. Jonah stated.

We're ten. Logan added. I held my head in my hands, my mind racing 100 mph. Soon enough, Logan and two other guards appeared in the clearing. Minutes after, Jonah and Zach came tumbling into the clearing as well.

His scent leads this way. Jonah stated. We where all still in our wolf forms, keeping our guard up at all times. We began following Jacks scent to our best ability, rushing to find him.

Jacks POV

I had to practically pry my eyes open. I can already tell something is horribly wrong. It feels as if someone is attempting to break out of the back of my head. I already tried to sit up but something is restraining me. I took a moment to absorb my surroundings. A dark, cold, and moldy basement. How homey. I need to link the boys and tell them what happened so they can come find me.

Jonah? Are you there? I couldn't reach them. Did they block me out? They would never do that. There must be something blocking me here. Darn Cole, too smart for his own good.

"Have a nice nap?" I heard the devils voice as he approached me.

"What do you think?" I scoffed.

"Someones a little cranky. Need your mate?" He questioned.

"If you mention her one more time I will kill you myself." I sneered.

"Maybe I'll have to get one of my men to bring her here to calm you down." He shrugged. I couldn't keep back the loud growl that erupted from my chest.

"She will definitely calm you down. Carter!" He yelled.

"Screw you Cole!" I retaliated.

"Nice comeback Jack, I think Cassidy could come up with something better." He smirked.

"Your right, she would probably call you something along the lines of a hairy, stupid mother clucker." I returned his smirk.

"What about your little pack? Bet they haven't even noticed your gone." He stated, attempting to get in my head.

"Are you implying the idea their sitting on the couch, happily watching High School Musical? That would never occur without myself, thank you very much." I informed.

"I'm being serious Jack. Have you ever considered joining my pack?" He asked, raising his eyebrows slightly.

"I would never even think about joining your evil cult." I spat.

"We could use someone like you Jack." He informed.

"I would never act under a leader who doesn't believe in his own pack." I stated.

"Don't put words in my mouth. We would be so much better with you here." He restated.

"My pack needs me, I need my pack. Now let me go." I demanded.

"I'm not letting you go anywhere Jack." He stated before walking out of the moldy basement.
