(Picture above is Char)

I'm currently on my bed reading some watt pad hoping to distract myself from the events of last night.

But no matter how hard I try, I can't stop thinking about his words...

Too unemotional?

Rigid?

That can't be true..right? Is it?

Char still hasn't called me back, or texted me, I hope she's okay. I'm getting slightly worried about her.

I never should've gone to that party.

I probably shouldn't have punched that guy either but I was mad and he was in m way....What other way was effective enough to say 'Get out of my face'?

But that wouldn't change anything though, if Bryan was planning on breaking up with me, I don't think he would've hesitated to do it any where else.

I told you my life is just a dramatic mess. It wouldn't hurt to get away from it all once in a while.

Some peace and quiet. Drama free days.

Ha, when you're cursed with my life, there's no way you can live without drama.

It's inevitable.

As I scroll through the different books to read on watt pad, I hear my room door open and an over excited cheerful Char rushes in with a blinding big smile. Gosh, I wish I could be happy and care free like her.

"Hey Hazey!!" She says, prolonging the hey and grinning like the Cheshire cat from Alice's adventures in wonderland.

And Char's smile is so contagious that for a second and just for a second I find myself smiling and forgetting what just happened.

But good things only last for so long.

"Hazey? You haven't called me that since Grade 4 I think?" I say rather lowly compared to Char.

She's still a bit too hyper and energetic as she runs around my room like a little kid this early in the morning...

But what else is new...

If I had a dollar for every time Char showed up to my room like this, I'll be freaking Bill Gates...

"Okay Char, you're a bit too happy for my liking. I don't think I can handle it"

"You're such a buzzkill, why can't you just be excited?" She says pouting and giving me puppy dog eyes. Usually that would be enough to crack me up and soon we would both be on the floor laughing as hard as ever but today I'm not just feeling it and Char probably notices that too as she gets up from the floor to sit on my bed as she looks at me with concern.

It amazes me how a second ago she looked like she could burst from excitement but now concern and worry clouds her eyes.

"Are you okay?" Char asks  me as she sits next to me on my bed.

I let out a sigh, turn off my phone as I prepare to recall and narrate the event of yesterday....

~A few minutes later~

What was once an overly excited girl who you could have mistaken for Olaf in Frozen or Spongebob when he's flipping Krabby Patties now looks like Rose from the Titanic when she let go.

"Omg Haze....I'm such a bad friend. I can't believe I wasn't there with you yesterday, I can't believe I made you go to that party"

"Hey..don't worry about it. We were at a party to have fun, you didn't know Bryan would have decided that was the best time to break up with me and call me rigid and unemotional. You couldn't have known. Heck I didn't know." I say and make the last few words as low as a whisper, I don't think she heard me.
