I sat at what I believed to be the kitchen table, along with Dana's fiancé Sophia, my mom, Cole's mom, Becca, my sister Sophie and Kylie. The table was piled high with an endless array of wedding magazines and other materials that we got from the wedding planner. After Cole proposed to me, we originally planned on getting married nearly right away, taking only a month to plan the wedding and buying a house before the wedding. Sadly, our careers got in the way and we were on an international tour for four months along with making another album and doing promotional work, so here we are almost nine months after our engagement, just starting to plan our wedding, we did get the house though. It wasn't too small, perfect size for just me and Dalton, with room for our family to grow if we wanted it to. We got a wedding planner just so we can use his connections and get a personal opinion on what we picked, but we really just want to plan this event ourselves. With a little help from our friends and families of course.

"Alright so let's start with basics. Where and when should we have our wedding?" Cole asked as he handed out Huebert's Lemonade to everyone before taking a seat on my lap. I rested my chin on his shoulder and my hands on his hips. He smiled, giving my cheek a light peck before turning back to the table. I shrugged. "I'm not sure. I know normally we'd want to have our wedding in the summer but since we live in California and it's already April, I was thinking we can have it in October maybe." I said. "And I was thinking Palm Springs or Nappa Valley." Cole thought it over before giving me a nod of approval. "Nappa would be romantic, having our wedding in a vineyard. I'd love that. And October is a good time. Nothing much is going on then and no one books weddings in October." I smiled. "Nappa in October it is. What do we have to decide on next?" Cole takes a piece of paper out of his pocket and unfolds it. I smiled to myself as I shook my head. I was all too familiar with Cole's lists. He had them all over the house. He claimed that was his method of organization, yet those lists are a complete mess themselves.

"Next is the wedding party. We have to pick who we'll have. Do you want to have men and women?" I nodded. "Yeah I want to have my sisters up there and I'm sure you want Kylie there too. Maybe we can have half the men, half the women on one side and the other halves on the other side?" I suggested. Cole nods. "Great idea babe. So on my side, I want to have Kylie, Alex, David, Dana, and Gabe." I nodded. "Then I'll have Becca, Sophie, Charlie, Tyler and Will." I said, pausing every once in a while so that Cole could catch up his writing. "Alright. Three each sounds good. I was thinking my niece Heather could be our flower girl and then maybe your nephew Steven could be the ring bearer." He says. I nodded. "Sounds good." I said before Cole moved onto the next item. "So now color scheme and menu theme. What type of food do we want?" "Italian." We both said at the same time. Being of Italian descent, it was a no-brainer that we'd pick it for our wedding menu. "Now color scheme?" I shrugged. "And this is when I become of no help. I have no clue what we should do for decorations." I said, tapping Cole's hip to let him know that I want him to get up. Cole stood up, letting me get up before he sat back down. I went to the fridge, grabbing myself a monster and then headed upstairs to grab my phone. I laid down in bed, on my twitter and replying to some texts from the other guys and Stella.

"Babe? You okay?" Cole asked, standing in the door frame. I looked up from my phone and nodded before locking my phone and putting it down on the side table. Cole came into the room, sliding into the bed with me, his chest to my chest. I interlaced my fingers with his, admiring the ring on my finger. "I really do love this ring." I said softly. Cole gave me a smile. "Me too. Can you believe it? We're getting married in like five months." He said happily, the genuine smile on his face overwhelming. I smiled back at him, resting my head on his shoulder. "I know, I'm still in shock over the engagement. And now in a couple months, I'll be the husband of the man I love." I said looking up at Cole. He smiled down at me. "And who might that be?" He asked, cockily. "I think that's you silly boy." I said, inching up a little to press my lips to Cole's. I tangled my fingers in his hair as we kissed, his hands making their way to my waist. We were deep into the kiss, it wasn't animalistic, just passionate and calm, when we heard someone clear their throats at the door. We looked up to see that it was Sophie. "Stop eating each other's faces and come downstairs and check out what we picked for color scheme and decorations." She said before turning on her heel and heading downstairs. Only a little over a year ago, me and Cole would jump if someone snuck up on us when we were kissing, now we really don't care.
