"OKAY."
"So, we are doing a bring your pet to work day at the cafe. I was going to bring my cat, Calico. Thought you might want to come and meet him."
"Well, funny story, as much as I'd like to, I can't."
"Oh c'mon Bee, please?"
"I'm sorry Nate."
"It's okay, I just think you'd like Calico and the cafe and the food and my roommate, he's coming too-"
"Wait, roommate?"
"Oh yeah, I live in an apartment on the mall with my roommate, Danny."
"And he's okay with your cat?"
"Yeah, in fact I think he's in a deeper relationship with Calico than I am. Even though I was the one who rescued that ungrateful little thing."
"Such an ungrateful cat."
"I know right. Gotta bounce, my break just ended. Will you at least think about it Bee? It's in two nights."
"Fine, I'll think about it."
"Yes! Thanks Bee."
"Anytime Gnat."
