DWAYNES POV
I sat there on a bee looking at a whole tribe of shocked fae. I dont know who was more shocked at that moment though, the fae seeing a stranger with two of their own crashing a wedding or me, seeing that there was really a whole race of people that I was lead to believe to be nothing but fairy tales.
I looked down near the head of the group of fae and there I seen Emily. Man, she was a vision of beuty all in white. Oh how my body ached for her. It broke my heart to see her standing there in white with another man. It kind of angered me also. After what we had in the short time we have known each other, I could not let this happen.
" What in the universe's name is this?!!!!! How dare you interupt a sacred ceremony!!!!" yelled the larger man standing before emily and the man beside her. the mystic, and the perky little fae with us landed their bees and I followed.
As we marched forward, the large faerie yelled out,"guards, seize them!!!!!"
A group of burly fae swormed at us, the mystic blasted them with a beam of blue light from her hands.
"TRAITOR!!!!!" Bellows the large faerie.
The mystic spun to the man and glared at him. " Pardon me your highness, but you are the traitor! A traitor to your daughter and all that is good!"
Shit...did we just declare war against the fairie king?
My mind starts spinning, my heart races. What am I doing?
Then I glance at Emily, her eyes meet mine, and intense emotion sweeps over me stronger then before. This woman, I would do anything for her. Physically we only known each other for a short period, but our soals for a life time.
"How dare you call me a traitor!" Yells the king.
"Sire, you are! Forcing your daughter to a man she doesn't love against her will! And deny her the love of her true mate!"
" this filthy human is not her mate! I won't allow it!!!!!!!!!!" Bellows the king, his face getting red
"Hey!" I exclaim, " I may be many things, but I'm not filthy!"
"Silence human!"
"Father please!" Emily turns to her father. " Stop this! I love Dwayne, can't you see this! I can't rule the tribe with someone I detest by my side! "
" You can't rule with a human!"
"Well, now that you mention it." The mystic spoke up
Everyone turned to her confused......
