Chun Hwa's povIf Chun Hwa had to describe the lecture in one word, it would've been:
T O R T U R E
After the incident of her, embarrassing herself like always, Jimin suddenly talking to her and her friends giggling and ogling at the pair the entire time, Chun Hwa was more than ready to dash out the place and hide herself somewhere.
So when the professor spoke his last words, she quickly grabbed her bag and laptop and stood up to head out. Not even aware that she couldn't leave, unless Jimin would move away, which resulted in Chun Hwa awkwardly looking down at the still writing Jimin.
" Give me a second, I'm almost done", the boy said while writing the last few words quickly.
As he was writing, Chun Hwa found herself looking at him. His hair looked so fluffy and she noticed little acne scars on his face. " He sure is handsome." She thought as she kept on studying his side profile, with her eyes wandering to his lips. Unconciously she touched her own. "Why can't I have thick lips like him?"
But Jimin soon finished whatever he was writing and hastily put his stuff in his backpack. With one last apologetic smile, he made his way to the door. Leaving Chun Hwa standing there, thinking about how beautiful his smile was.

Later on, during lunch break, Chanseong, Jiho and Chun Hwa were enjoying the winter weather as they were walking on the university grounds. Chanseong was talking about a guy who had tried to flirt with her while Jiho was rolling her eyes. It wasn't the first time that a boy was running after their little friend, and surely not the last.
" I already feel like crap, don't make it worse by talking about boys", Jiho complained as she put her hands in her maroon coat pockets.
" You want me to talk about girls then? You know I saw a really cute girl looking at you the entire time yesterday." Chanseong suddenly exclaimed excitedly, to which Jiho slapped her arm to shut her up.
" Shut the fuck up Chan, not everyone has to know that." A flustered Jiho whispered.
" Okay okay, whatever, we know you only have eyes for one person right now." A smirking Chanseong replied devilishly and before Jiho could strangle her best friend, a snowball hit Chanseong right in her face.
The three girls stopped in their tracks looking for their target and soon spotted two guys laughing their asses off while trying to apologise. Jiho and Chanseong were having none of it as they stalked to them and started a snowball fight. Not noticing, that Chun Hwa wasn't moving from her spot and continued watching her friends and the unknown guys throwing snow at each other's faces. With a big sigh, her heart clenched at the scene. During the entire day, Chanseong had been chatting non stop as Jiho stood ready with her sarcastic remarks. Not even the slightest bit of sadness had been shown on their faces, even though Chun Hwa felt it all.
She felt how lethargic Jiho had actually felt. The tall girl had this image of being tough and a jokester. But underneath it all was a tired person, who experienced nightmares every night. Someone who bottled up her feelings until it started overflowing in the form of tears and anger. The same went for her other friend. Who tried to lose herself and her problems by ignoring them and focusing on her studies. Even though she was exhausted, she never took a break, unless she physically couldn't take it anymore.
