I am now in the shower, sitting in the floor on the hottest setting it will go, the burning feeling on my skin calms my nerves, It's been 2 hours since I've been tainted once again, 2 hours since the worst time of my life again happening to me. After he left me on the kitchen floor crying after he got what he wanted, I waited till I heard no footsteps  An I went up stairs silently checked in on Ashley she was sound asleep watching a movie, Thank God she's okay, I rush to the one place I wanna stay forever, the shower, I've been in here so long my skin is red An my fingers are prunes, I think, I've used almost half a tube of toothpaste in my mouth, I don't know, how I'm gonna handle this, obviously that guy isn't scared of Zach An I'd bet money he works for him or knows a lot of the people who do work for him.

I feel myself breaking down. I haven't felt this way in months. I've never felt more worthless then, I do now. I've created this, if I hadn't of ran that day, none of this would have happened. I'm so stupid. I finally step out of the shower An I look at myself in the mirror, I have two bruises on my sides, nothing bad. I look at my shoulders An I have few faint ones. I wipe myself off an I grab a huge tee-shirt, with shorts put them on, I Brush my hair out. I grab all my dirty stuff, throwing them in the hamper in the corner, I walk out of the bathroom, turning the light off,

I start to walk over to Zach's bed but I stop thinking of Zac An what we've done in this bed together, An what happened to day. I can't sleep in here. I walk out the door An few doors down the hallway to Ashley's room, I slowly walk in not waking her an I walk towards her bed in sliding in under the sheets. I she turns over An raps her arms around me. I feel myself start to silently cry. I can't live like this. I won't live like this again! Not again
