| CHAPTER ELEVEN | Date??

I hear knocking at the door. I place my phone down on the counter and walk to the front door.

"Hey Angelique, you ready to go?" Kian looks at me and smiles.

"Yes, let me just grab my coat"

We walked down to the front street so we could get some ice cream first. I got the cookies and cream two scoop and Kian got the Chocolate two scoop.

I'm happy to be spending my day with him and surprisingly I haven't heard from Crystal asking why we aren't at school. I like it when no one is bothering me.

From all the drama that has happened from yesterday I feel better because I'm around him. There's something about Kian that makes me feel whole.

"Are you feeling okay?" Kian nudges me with his elbow and gives me a side grin.

"I'm fine, I guess" I do a slight chuckle.

"Please, don't ever be afraid to tell me things, I'll always be here if you need anyone to talk to"

"Yes I know this Kian, I'm just not ready to talk about this stuff" I look down as I walk and kick a small rock "But thank you".

We get to the beach and sit on the sand eating our ice creams. For a while we're just sitting there in silence, not the bad awkward silence but the silence where you bring everything in.

Kian looks so handsome right now. I can't help but keep taking a little glance at him.

"Angelique, can I ask you something?"

"Of course Kian"

"Wanna swim?"

"But it's cold and I don't have bathers" I look at him like he's crazy

"So? The water is best when it's cold and plus, it'll be fun"

"I'll think about it"

"Oh come on" Kian drags his words along

"Maybe" Suddenly he picks me up

"No! Kian! Let me down!" I laugh and start smacking his chest playfully

"Never!! Your swimming and that's it" He laughs loudly as he teases to throw me in water.

"Kian I swear to god" I tug on his shirt and suddenly I'm drenched in water, I grab him and drag Kian along with me as I duck him under the water.

We were splashing around in the water and running on the sand, I pushed Kian in a few times, it was so funny seeing him tumble over.

Today has been a really fun day with him, I'm so glad he made it worth it.
My feelings towards Kian are growing, I don't know if I should tell him yet or wait, but I don't care when because I just want to be around him, it's like I need him.

Kian walked me home and it was about 4:00pm, I walked inside and my mum was actually out of her bedroom cleaning.

"Hello darling, how was your day?" My mum looks up and kisses my forehead.

"It was great mum" I smile "Are you feeling better?"

"Seems like you really like that boy and yeah I am, I just really needed that alone time"

"I do mum" Blushing a little "Well you put away that cleaning or finish up because after my shower we can watch a movie"

"Sounds great to me" Tammy smiles as she starts finishing off the mopping and opens up the windows to let it dry quickly.

I jump in the shower thinking about today, thinking about him and how much he makes me smile.
I can't be anymore thankful to actual have a friend like him, he makes me feel warm inside, he makes my heart skip a beat. I wish he knew how he made me felt, but that's left for another time.
